The mattress was very comfortable, the wood and the design of the room is very nice and has cosy colours, the room is spacious and has a lot of storage room because of the shelves, the TV has good quality, the restaurant below has amazing food, the water doesn't leak outside of the bathroom because the shower has doors, the tea and coffee set which is prepared before the Check in is really lovely, the location is peaceful and calming, the whole room feels very homely and the reception is beautifully decorated, the staff is helpful and kind😊

Only minor things like; the sink is leaking, the nightstand is too low in height, the little light of the tv is quite bright at night, the bathroom has no proper door, the floorboards are coming off a bit at the entrance, the price of some drinks didn't make sense: 0,2l of Cola is 3,90€ and 0,4l of Spezi is 4,80 -> the Cola is too expensive in comparison to the Spezi and the led light at the wardrobe is way too bright

Great stay. Location means it's "M" zone ticket which makes travel into central Munich very easy and affordable. Breakfast is generally good, beds comfortable and shower strong and hot. Very spacious room too. Staff were really helpful, went out of their way to help when I arrived late the first night and needed to find somewhere to get food.

Scrambled eggs could have been refreshed more often at breakfast but really that was my only niggle. Everything else was good.

The place was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Good value for the price. Staff were polite and helpful. The area is far from the center of Munich, but its only 30 minutes from the airport via walking/subway and the area surrounding the hotel is really adorable with a few cafes and restaurants.

Location is far on the outskirts of Munich. Takes about an hour from the central station, via tram and bus or U-bahn and walking. Good place if you have a car!

This hotel is good for all business men and families. I stayed 6 nights for our exhibition at messe. I had to go to the Messe very early every morning. But Mr. Sebastiano of the kitchen always provided breakfast before going. The receptionist is also kind, polite and friendly. I love this hotel. For the next time, I will stay with my family.

I really liked the minimal design of the bedroom and the view of the trees and squirrels. The room was clean and the bed covers warm for the night. Sleep was very calm. The water heater worked just fine and saved us from the cold. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn't happen to try breakfast. It would be nice to return back some day!

The location is really good,very good spot for walking as well, thru the metro S Bhan - we can reach the centre of the city within Minutes, from Hotel to Metro hardly 10 to 20 minutes walk depends on your speed. Limited staff's only, but very supportive,

Location is perfect for us, and there is plenty of parking. It is clean and quiet. The balcony is a great place to start the day with our coffee. This is the second time we stayed at this hotel.

We requested a lightweight blanket because the duvet was too hot. Could not get one. We had coffee packets in the room for the first 2 days only. They were out for the last 2 days. I would have loved some gluten free items on the breakfast offerings.

Very good as for this price

The key card to room was left on the automatic reception box in front of hotel, with room number and my name - anyone who find this can use my room instead of me, can do damages on my account. That was really stupid and can make big problems -

Super comfy room with a lot of space and very nice terrace.

Room has not AC so something to keep in mind during summer time. We didn’t spend time during afternoon so no idea how hot it can get but night are pretty fresh so with an open window youre more than good to go.

Location was great 5mins walk from train station Hotel was lovely staff were extremely helpful especially the lady on reception rooms balcony etc spotless would stay again 😀

Only thing that let the hotel down was the breakfast Which was a shame as everything else was excellent
