Finding such consistently clean rooms in Munich is rare, but this hotel exceeds expectations. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition—every corner was spotless, fresh linens were provided daily, and the attention to detail (like neatly arranged toiletries and perfectly made beds) made my stay feel luxurious. Thank you for maintaining such high standards; it truly made a difference!

Excellent customer service. Hotel service and central location are Excellent. Close walk to Old Town or to Oktoberfest. Directly across the street from the Train station. Nice breakfast with plenty of good options.

Due to its central location, the area around the front entrance is very busy and somewhat dirty. Many hundreds of travelers transition between trains and busses.

Good location-Easily accessible to trains, metro, trams, buses and hop on hop off; We booked superior double room with city view, the view of old town is fabulous; The complimentary cards and fruit platers are welcoming

The Aroma smell at hotel lobby is too strong that blocked noses; Breakfast is expensive but choice is limited; Only one access card was given even we asked for two as we are a group of two guests, which created inconvenience when my son was using the card for visiting the gym but i needed a card to access the elevator to go outside; Reception said drink voucher would be given by the housekeeper to support our waiver of housekeeping service but no voucher was received during all my 9 days’ of stay; Would be better if there is swimming pool, spa, sauna facilities, etc.; Only a few cafe and restaurants nearby, it’s ok if you stay for 2 or 3 days. We stayed 9 days and had to walk for 20 minutes for breakfast/dinners

The location is excellent. We caught the S train from the airport and came up from underground just outside the hotel. The tram is right outside and the starting point for tours to Dachua, Salzburg and Nueschwanstein is just round the corner. The main train station to other places is across the road as well. Slippers and robes are in the second drawer. Discovered this as we were leaving.

We were initially placed in a room facing the station on the 2nd floor. We like to sleep with the windows open and couldn't as it was too noisy. They moved us the next day to the 8th floor and it was much better.

The hotel is centrally located, just under 250 meters from Munich Hbf, with tram stops nearby for excellent connectivity. The rooms were spacious and exactly as described. The convenience of nearby supermarkets and dining options added to the comfort of our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the lavish breakfast spread truly spoiled us for choice.

We stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, the rooms were not as quiet as we would have preferred, with noise from trains and trams carrying into the room. Additionally, our superior room included an extra cot that we hadn’t requested, which made the space feel slightly cramped.

A super lovely hotel in an excellent, super convenient location across from the main train station. We stayed in December, high price and high season, but they still managed to make everyone feel welcome. The rooms were very small, not unlike many other hotels, but the kind of small where two people have to turn sideways to walk past each other. Still, it was comfortable and the amenities were nice. The 5 star breakfast was unlike anything we'd ever experienced, and - bonus - enough seating that there was never a queue, even in high season. Despite the bustling location, the room was surprisingly quiet.

I didn't care for the chaotic check-in setup. All the rooms were ready at the same time, believe it was 3 PM, so there were dozens and dozens of people with bags and suitcases pushing into each other in a crammed small-ish lobby area with no obvious queueing system. It could have been a bit more systematic, with recognition that it was high season.

Location. Right next to the Munich central train station where there a lots of coffee shops to have a light meal to eat on arrival or wait for your train. Conveniently located. We only walked to Marienplatz from this hotel

Informing the property that we will be arriving early 10am at the hotel from 25 hour journey, was not given consideration for an early check-in. Instead was offered to pay for an early check-in for 59 euro. Despite of paying the early check-in fee, the room that was provided is a corner room on Level 1 which is the same corner where a trams makes their turn. You can hear the screeching noise and emergency services sirens.

I had a fantastic 5-night stay at NH Collection Munich. The location is unbeatable—right next to the main Munich station (Hauptbahnhof), making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and taking day trips to Neuschwanstein Castle and Rothenburg ob der Tauber. The room was spotless, with a king-size bed that was very comfortable. I appreciated the variety in the breakfast spread—I never got bored of it despite my extended stay! The hotel also has a 24-hour gym, which, although quite basic, was a nice addition. Another highlight is how easy it is to walk to the Old Town from the hotel, making sightseeing effortless. Overall, a great choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a solid breakfast to start the day! I had read about the area around the station feeling sketchy at night, but personally, I didn’t experience any issues (though I didn’t go out late).

None met my expectations.

Very convinient location next to the Cetral train station which is Metro station stop. Easy to be reached from the airport. Main street and street on the side provide easy access to tram lines. Walking distance from Karlzplatz. The hotel personnel was very helpful. The breakfast is really good.

The only down side for the hotel is that the room was not thoughly cleaned on arrival - dust on bedside tables and lamps. The fact that its next to the central station makes it both good and bad as it attracts all kinds of people. There is no restaurant in the hotel and the choices at the bar are limited.

The location, the cleanliness, the view, the facility. The location just across the main station is the best choice for me as train lover. Also just a walking distance to main attraction of Karlplatz and Marienplatz. The cleanliness of everything in the room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The view of the city from the hotel’s window. Good facility with available coffee maker, coffee, tea in the room. The “always” available drink, apple, candies at the lobby really made my day 👍
