As soon as we got to the hotel, we felt the very friendly atmosphere. Anton is funny & treat you as his own family, chats with the kids, cheers you up in the breakfast room everyday. We felt secure. They had a very nice room for our family of four, with comfortable beds, TV and mini refrigirator. Breakfast buffet is rich. The hotel is located just one street next to central station, it was pretty easy for us to go to Oktoberfest and Old Town district. Thank you Anton & the lady in the reception; you made our stay in Munich much better 🥰 Definitely hope to see you again.

Location is 10/10 as you are right next the main station, on top you are close to bars and cafes too! We were upgraded (without even asking) and got a renovated totally new room, building had a modern lift and room was super clean, brand new and very comfortable. A plus was having a new air conditioned as we had 33 degrees until 7PM, they also have parking spots available (you have to book it) which are way cheaper than the regular ones in the city. The high point to me and my husband was how the staff and the owner of the hotel were extremely helpful and very very nice, speaking german, english and even spanish! We were there in a weekend that whole city was full due to Taylor Swift's concert but they still managed to keep the high level service and commitment with all guests. The value for money considering the hotel facility, how the staff cares about you and quality of service is easily 10 out of 10.

To be honest, I was not really expecting much, looking primarily for a hotel near the train station for a short 24 hour stay in the city, with low expectations otherwise given the price and many of my past experiences with accommodation near train stations in Europe and train and bus stations elsewhere. The hotel exceeded those expectations by a significant amount. The room was as nice as any 3 or 3+ star hotel and the common areas well cared for and clean. My room faced the rear of the hotel but was bright and airy thanks to a parking lot separating the hotel from nearby buildings. To top it off the front desk staff were very, very pleasant and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends looking for value, location and comfort.

The room was super clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable, even though it was a single one, and the room had all amenities. Great shower as well. Good location, short walking distance from the main station; we felt safe. Anthon from reception was super kind. Recommended!

There is a small side door to get in after reception hours, but it was not a problem. A bit of noise in the corridor, but again not too much.

I had to book it last minute due to a travel change. Communication with the staff was easy and very helpful. They waited for me despite being delayed and their shift was over. Comfy bed, but narrow space ideal for one night or two. Very quiet family hotel and close to the station.

Internet wasn't working well in my accomodation. I had to climb few stairs to reach the elevator with a big suitcase and that was a bit cumbersome.

The room was immaculate. The staff clearly took pride in keeping the room and facilities exceptionally clean, well-aired, and very well maintained. While not luxurious, the room was very comfortable, very clean, and I will definitely stay there again. Honestly, based on the pictures (not great) I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the room. Note to management: Please update your pictures! The photos of the rooms on your site aren't nearly as nice as the rooms themselves.

Check-in was a bit funny (set hours), and the after-hours access was unusual. But not unpleasant. Just different.

The best hotel in a great location, In the center and at the same time in a quiet, peaceful place, from where you can walk to and visit the most important places, including the charming historical center. I also want to mention how smiling, friendly, and attentive the staff there is.

The property was very clean and cozy, with a really good breakfast at the property and exceptionally helpful staff. The location was also good, close to the train station and central bus station, within walking distance to the old town and its sights. Additionally, there was a direct bus from the international airport, which was very convenient and cost-saving.

Very nice people to accomodate and to help you. The location is good (next to the train station) because I have travelled by train. The room is small but is has everything you might need. Very clean, nicely renovated inside! The room has a single bed for solo travelers: is comfortable even if it is small. Perfect for 1-2 nights traveling on business. The breakfast is great, worth the price.

The location is a bit tricky by night since it is around the train station, but it is safe and OK. 2 stops from the old town, well connected by tram, U Banh and S Bahn. It is a nice 25 min walk to downtown.
