The hospitality of the staff was exceptional. The hotel specialises in doing the things that other hotels don't do. Free coffee in an area near the reception (and even complementary apples). A lovely garden area which you can look out on. The staff were so helpful both when we checked in nd when we used the coffee facilities as we had a late flight. They recommended two Bavarian restaurants that are close by. There is also a Trattoria and Backerei opposite. It is only 350 metres from the Hauptbahnhof and the airport bus (Lufthansa express). Walking distance to the Residenz Museum and the university. Highly recommended.

Very good value for money. Room and bathroom were nice, with enough space for everything and usual amenities fof 4* hotel like mini fridge and safe. Two free bottles of water every day. Free coffee and tea in a small, but cute lobby, that also serves drinks in the evening. You can opt for 10 euros voucher instead of one day room cleaning and use it for breakfast or drinks in the lobby. Location is extremely convenient for exploting the city and surroundings - only couple of minutes walk from the Central train station, but the immediate neighbourhood felt safe, with many shops, food places and bars. Transport to city centre is very easy with tram or metro (U- and S-bahn) and 40 mins away from the airport with S-Bahn. Walk to city centre is about 20 min.

The location, despite being very convinient, is not charming and some of nearby parts of the Central train station neighbourhood, like in every big city, might feel unsafe in the evening, so check before you walk around. Breakfast is average and deffinitely not worth 20 euros.

A male hotel employee was a bit rude when we checked in. However, the female employee next to him and the other receptionists were very attentive and cheerful. My brother hit his head on the headboard above, although it was his own fault, the room structure is a bit dangerous. However, the person at the reception was very attentive, thank you to him. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good. If you don't want your room cleaned, they give you a card worth 10 euros per day and you can have free breakfast with 2 cards. This is a very nice application. The location of the hotel is good, you can easily reach everywhere and it is a very quiet, comfortable and cozy hotel.

Comfortable beds, nice clean rooms. Extremely central location, only 1 street over from Munich Central train station. It was also right on a main Street leading into the centre so everything was easy to access by walking. We were allowed to leave our bags in a holding room the day we checked out so that we could explore the city a bit more.

I thought the cosy, compact lobby, room & other facilities such as little ironing room & downstairs coffee area were well put-together & created positive feelings in winter. The hotel represents excellent balance between fulfilling needs, and avoiding items many guests may not need - saving space. No kettle in room --> but always proper coffee downstairs, better than instant. Optimal. Staff mostly made this experience. The front desk care about their job & are active in improving anything they can for guests. The people working here reflect well on the hotel. Their spoken English is generally outstanding - not a surprise necessarily, however worth noting.

No real criticisms - the room is quite small in absolute terms, however it is a major city centre.

Very nice room, near the metro station but also near the center of Munich. The metro station is about 3 minutes walk. The station is about 20 minutes walk. Also the metro station is the central of Munich which means you can go almost everywhere! Furthermore buses are starting their route from outside the metro station. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Wi-Fi was available and two bottles of water were waiting for us in a mini fridge. The bathroom was also very clean with all the comforts. Definitely a great choice for accommodation.

The gentleman at the reception was incredibly kind and kept us well informed from the start of check-in, and he remembered our early check-in request and was able to arrange 3 rooms so we had more time to explore the city. After check-in, free tea/coffee and fruits awaited us in the relaxation area next to the reception. It was beyond expectations! The location is within walking distance of the train station, making it ideal for budget travelers from Memmingen, as well as those who don't mind a little walk to the old town. Taxi (Uber mostly) always took me to the Hoffbrau beer house for around 10-13 euros, so the distances are acceptable. The breakfast was varied, so during our 3-day stay we were always able to have something different for breakfast. Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage + hot dogs + soup, various cold cuts and cheeses, assorted vegetables, several types of bread and fruits, croissants, the best nutella, etc. etc.

I can't get into it because everything was great.

Central location close to train station. We booked a club double room and it was comfortable and not too small. Little fridge in room & we asked for a kettle; there is also tea & coffee downstairs all day (free). The windows open so we could get fresh air, although it was a bit noisy. We stayed during Oktoberfest and the area was busy. 15 min walk to the Weisen. Breakfast was good it had scrambled & boiled eggs; fruit; yoghurt; cereal; cold meats & cheese; bread. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Located very close to the main station was for us ideal as we travelling from there next day. The tram stop is only a few yards away and the 21 takes you directly to the town centre at Marienplatz. Richard, the receptionist, went out of his way to welcome us, help with the new computerised check in and to assist brilliantly with any questions. He was able to offer me early check in as soon as a room became available and as the hotel was not busy offered an upgrade. The room was large and comfortable with large double bed. Complimentary water (chilled ) was available and Wi-Fi was excellent. The room was easily accessible by lift. If you have been travelling elsewhere by hire car the drop off is literally seconds from the hotel

No major problem but bathroom was quite small

The staff were very accommodating and the system of being given a voucher each day IF you don't have the room cleaned novel and great. We had a beer at the end of the day using the voucher. :) The room was clean, and the bed was nice once we moved rooms. Proximity to train station for convenience of travelling by train.

The rooms were very small, we actually asked to be moved from initial room and the rooms don't facilitate for midsize suitcases. The location being so near to the train station made us feel a little unsafe, at night, returning to our accommodation.
