I liked the new metal loft-style furniture, the open shelving instead of a wardrobe, and the solid beds. I especially liked the quality of the bed linen, it was above what I expected from this place. The mattresses also suited me, quite hard and comfortable. We had a room without a private bath, but with a sink, a small refrigerator and a kettle. The toilet and shower were in the corridor shared by 3 rooms, it was fine with other guests, we did not intersect. Oh, the new curtains that completely block the light were great. Very polite man at the reception. To buy groceries there is a Lidl across the street from the building, which is open until 20.00, and a little Edeka in the underpass nearby, open until 23.00. To Karlplatz (the beginning of the center, where the main pedestrian street with shops begins) 10 minutes walked at a normal pace.

[P] It's hard to find a short-term parking space next to the building, even to take things out of the car. We have to hope that there will be something along the road. I was told that there is a private parking lot somewhere nearby, where a day for hotel guests costs 15 euros, but we did not use it. There is mostly traffic noise outside the window, but this is to be expected near a train station. We opened the window to the inner courtyard and closed the one facing the street. The shower was clean, but there was very little room to undress and hang up my clothes. Nail in some extra shelves for small items and a couple more hooks. For a big person, taking a shower, there will be very uncomfortable.

Great location, right next the central station, 0.6km to Marienplatz. The windows were double glazed and it was pretty quiet. The bed was comfortable. I knew there was no ensuite when I booked, the shower and toilet were on the same floor as my room and were perfectly OK, and I never had to wait to use it, and I was there for 4 nights. No eating facilities but that was OK too, plenty of restaurants and fast food places close by. Nice and helpful staff and strong WiFi.

The bed sheets smelt slightly of tobacco but it was only faint and it didn't stop me from sleeping.

-Love the excellent central location, near Marienplatz and Old Town, next door to München Hauptbahnhof and there are many shops and restaurants nearby -The rooms were small but very cosy, the bed was extremely comfortable -Although shared with the other guests, the shower is comfortable and enclosed in a cubicle. There is hot and cold water.

-It can get noisy at times, guests can easily be heard outside when opening/closing doors or just simply walking by. You can also feel the vibrations of the street tram.

The location - the building is so close to the metro that when you step out of it, you can just turn right, go down a few steps, and you're already there. Also, the train station is 100 meters away, and because we landed in Memmingen, it really saved us time. Pedestrian zone is five minutes away from the building. The staff were helpful, and they speak English, which saved us a lot of trouble. And the overall space was really clean; we stayed for two nights so the fridge in the room was the only thing we needed, and we got it.

The pillows could be a little more stiff, it's like lying on a blanket. Also, it was a shared bathroom for 2 apartments, so if you come during tourist season, it might be difficult.

The Pension is right next to the main train station, and hence it is convenient to public transport. But you can also walk to so many great activities: the old town with the churches and shopping, some wonderful public parks, and the art museums.

It worked very well for us, and we liked it. It was a classic European hotel experience. Some travelers may not be used to sharing a bathroom and shower, but it was very clean and we never had to compete for access.

My family and I stayed here for one night in September. The location is fantastic. It was a basic, no frills, affordable room for four people. The shared bathroom was clean and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. In fact, I forgot an expensive mouth brace in the shared bathroom and only realized it after leaving Munich. Not only did they find it, but P. Hadian graciously shipped it back to me in Canada! Now that’s what I call exceptional service! Thank you so much!

The room was cozy with good energy to keep a quick trip or transfer moving. I booked another place for the rest of my trip and already miss the location. I would definitely stay here again. Shopping underground was ideal and walking distance to Marienplatz downtown.

For some it could be noisy depending on the room one received. However those rooms would have a view of the street and that's what helped make this stay lively. Also they are a tad small for someone with a lot of stuff. Possibly they have bigger rooms. I still thought it was perfect.

Extremely nice place in a very good spot that makes getting to the old town of Munich on foot a breeze, with an entry to the underground train station of Munich HBF right outside the door. Staff were friendly, the room was very nice and tidy and the beds were comfy, nothing much to complain about the rooms at all.

A table that fits two people would be nice in a two person bedroom. There was black mold in the shower, and my friend saw a bug or roach in it as well... that was a bit concerning and not a nice sight after the awesome rooms.

Wi-Fi was weak in my room.

The staff is very friendly, as well as helpful and do their best to make your stay comfortable. One more advantage is bringing new clean towels and making fresh bed linen daily.

Shared bathroom and toilet, as it was mentioned in the list of facilities, but was the most inconvenient part of the stay for me, though there areas were clean.
