it's the perfect place for when you're travelling and need a stop. This was in on our route to Croatia. Travelled with kids ages: 16, 10 en 3, loved that there is a supermarket and pharmacy with everything just across the street - not even a 3 minute walk. even mcdonald or burgerking driveby nearby! rooms are clean, every thing looked modern. it's better than on pictures, also free parking for even electric cars

the self-service check-in was a bit complicated, but i think that's only because i'm not used to it. Also a bit of bummer there was no airco and it was 35 degrees that day. But it was still managable. and for that kind of stay, it's a minor thing!

Location (proximity to Munchen, Ausburg, and Regesnburg). Inexpensive (if you compare with the hotels in the downtown Munchen) Self check-in and checkout.

They offer free car parking in front of the hotel. However, all the spots will be taken if you arrive at the hotel after 9 pm. Most of the owners of the vehicles might be not even the registered guests at the hotel. Anyone can just enter the parking area and park his/her car since there is no parking barrier at the entrance. One night I had to park my car outside the hotel premises. Fortunately the gas station in front of the hotel had some free space behind the store so I could park my car there.

It was super duper clean. And I loved the cute Bavarian decor. The location in correlation with the airport was great. I just hate that all communication is online now. That’s very frustrating. We are traveling internationally and so that’s not always a convenient option. A receptionist is always best.

I hate that everything is online. People want to see people and ask questions. It was very complicated getting into room with all the scores and two doorknobs. And we had two rooms so it was twice as complicated. An old fashioned key and receptionist is a dream nowadays.

Room is so clean, location near supermarket that is easy to buy food and others, that is also covenient to get bus (bus stops just around 150m far) to Munich airport and city. Next to Shell - so good for fuel refilling and breakfast.

Sound insulation is not good. Several guys talking makes so noisy until midnights without any reminding from Hotel that affect to guest's sleep that should be improved. Available lockers for suitcase storage but no any clear instruction to use it.

The room was small and cozy. I booked a double basic room which had 2 beds and that is pretty much it. The bathroom was great. It was small, but had enough space for everything needed - a toilet, a sink and a shower. The shower was nice. In the shower there was already body gel for showering. The hotel is right across a Lidl and a bus station. Next to the hotel is a restaurant/gas station.

The room did not have AC so it was really really hot at nights. In the morning if you walked through the hall you would see most rooms being half open to let the fresh air in because the hall was well ventilated with fresh air. The rooms could also have mosquito nets because there were mosquitos.

Perfectly clean and neat room with everything you need for a night or two when traveling. We appreciated good noise cancellation from neighbors and dark curtains. Location was great, right across the street from Lidl and DM. Spacious parking lot.

The pure digital check-in was a bit stressful since everything was in German first, switching to English was complicated and not offered on the keypad on the door.

Very quiet location with private parking (you can see your car from the window of your room) Rooms are sound proof so you can sleep with no distractions. Nice modern and clean rooms with new fresh look and very comfortable bed! Electric shutters on the windows🙏 With private shower and toilet. Perfect place to stay if you travel - close motorway. Pet friendly 10€ per dog per night There is Lidl and petrol station next door and some fast food too… really everything you need. Self check in appreciated too👍

Absolutely nothing!

Rooms really look like on the pictures. Nice design. Really clean. Warm shower with steady pressure. Nice clean paking lot. Lidl and DM cross the street. Simple online checkin and checkout. Door codes worked.

Rooms are compact (it is obvious from the photos), though we managed with two adults baby and a dog. Surroundings are rather industrial and so is the view from the window, but that's not the main purpose of this hotel. Also there is a lovely walk when you head north-east. I didn't like the number buttons on the door-lock keyboards. Poor finger response - made typos.

Clean and comfortable.

The reception is appalling. I would have given a 10. But I’m afraid a 9 is the best I can manage and that might be a bit generous considering the fact that we spent two hours trying to get to our room only managed after a very difficult phone call which might not have worked. Others were in the same position. without the incredibly professional guy we got on the phone (after an hour and 45 minutes) this would’ve been a zero.

The showers where great, better than the ones at home for me. The room was very clean, spotless! The room felt very soundproof as we couldn’t hear any neighbour noise, the heating would take a while to work but eventually it kept us warm. The room felt safe with modern double glazed windows and secured doors.

I feel a mini fridge and a kettle are more important elements to add to our room than a TV (we had a small standard room). It would help as the area is quite rural and warehousey so you can’t easily get access to food and drink past the evening. It would have saved us lots of money as well.
