The room was very clean, you had an option to have it cleaned or get treats each day, although the treats were always pretzels and a small fruit bar, I think I would rather have my room cleaned. Breakfast had a good variety, but the room is too small for the hotel capacity and was very hectic and hard to find a seat. The room was very quiet, you did not hear a lot of noise from other guests. Overall for our visit it worked perfectly for us, for what we needed and I would stay here again.

No English channels on the TV, although supposed to be, got sky news every once in a while but was very repetitive. There were no toilets in reception. Reception shut at 9 pm, although breakfast was served no option for evening meal. There is a restaurant next to the hotel not sure if it is linked to or separate but the staff did not speak great English, the boss man was abrupt and rude. They had a private function one evening and it was closed, guests were not made aware so that they could make other arrangements if required because if you had no means of transport it would be difficult or expensive to go elsewhere. Although public transport is not far I would say for ease you need a car for this location. The shower screen leaked so water pooled on the floor after each use.

I'm a regular guest and appreciate the ample breakfast buffet. There is a nice sweet ans savoury selection of dishes, a tea and a coffee station as well as a variety of lactose free products.

reception is often closed due to staff shortage, then you have to be careful to always have your keycard at hand not to get closed out of the building. Sundays everything is closed near by and you have to get your keycard from a locker-code-box. The Restaurant opposite Freetz is also closed - there are very few options to dine out

Hotel is great. The room was very very clean and the hotel staff were very helpful and nice. The check-in process was smooth and easy noting that I had to check in at 23:00 o'Clock. The check-out process was so easy as well and only took like 2 minutes. The room was well equipped. I like the gift they offered when you request not to have a room cleaning to support protecting the environment. Adding one bottle of water to use for free was great. The TV channels were various and can match any taste. The variety of offered brochures were very useful.

Sending my invoice was delayed although requested during check out and I had to resend them again about it. Hotel style is somehow old but it was very clean. Hotel location is not so near from S-Bahn station considering if you have luggage with you. The automated machine with snacks are old, it needs you to have cash or you will not be able to get something to eat at night and there were no near ATM machines or restaurants or even something to order food from for dinner. In addition to that there were no variety in snacks that I could not find something healthy and some of the snacks tasted old. I was not sure about the water if it could be drunk and it would be nicer if there is a kettle in the room.

Free car parking and air conditioning in the room. Simple self check-in for late hour arrival. The room was clean and comfortable for 2 people. Close to the train line that goes to Munich city and airport.

It was a bit far from Munich, but it was one of the few cost effective options we had due to an event in the city. The train got delayed and canceled a couple of times during our stay. Not a lot of options for food around the hotel. The minibar in the room was off when we arrived and never got really cold.

The superior room is much better then the standard one. The superior room had very hard mattress which I really like, and it is quite rare in hotels. The room was comfy, the bathroom was well equipped and looked good, the hot water arrived quickly (in some hotels you have to wait for minutes...) The reception was helpful, the online check-out was easy and quick. The italian restaurant in the other side of the hotel's parking lot is really great: the food and the hospitality both.

The standard rooms has very soft mattress, just terrible (for me). The superior room had hard rock mattress which was extremely GREAT. That's all.

Great location to explore Munich and surrounds; we had a hire car. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice eco friendly cleaning routine with rewards for not having room cleaned every day.

Internet coverage in our room was very poor, but when downstairs was fine.

I love the calm location and just 20 minutes by train to Munich and other beautiful cities in the area.

The property is cosy and the personal is always helpful. But the highlight is every time the breakfast and brunch on Sundays organized by Mrs Verena Bernd and her colleagues 👏👏

Clean room, has everything you need for the business or leisure trip. The hotel rewards customers who don't get their room cleaned up everyday with little snacks. There is a refrigerator where you can store your own drinks. The room has an ironing boarding and iron for clothes. Most importantly dogs are allowed to stay in the hotel.

I don't really have any.

The kitchen crew always prepares a rich buffet with ample cheese, cold cuts, home made müsli, fruit salad, curd creams and a selection of egg dishes. A variety of teas, coffees and juices is available

I'm a regular guest for work at this hotel and have nothing to complain.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was well furnished and very clean. It was a great location for the airport and the city centre.

although it says reception is 24/7 this is not the case. It closed at 10pm weekdays and 6pm weekends. The final day the vending machine wasn't working and there was no-one to speak to about it. It was also a problem that some of our party were arriving after 10pm on the first night and the instructions on what to do were only in German.
