I stayed at this facility for 3 nights with family and friends. The whole experience was superb. From very cool stuff, clean rooms, comfy beds and fresh bedding. The tram is just opposite the hotel and the Hbf less than 10mins away (walking). I strongly recommend :)

I have stayed at this hotel many times, so I know what to expect. But this time I got a better room, and it was very comfortable. I think it is a good value for money in Krefeld.

Nothing to mention. Everything is like on the pictures, and as I expected.

Can be a bit loud from the tram, depending on the room. The matrass and the pillows were not the most comfortable, but for 1-2 days, it is ok.

The check-in process is very uncomplicated. I like that the doors are with the code keys. For ne location is very convenient.

Location is great near gas station and not far away to the train station... room was clean and the bed was cosy They have electronic check in like atm machine and automatic check out when its your time to leave... so if by chance you came late at night you gonna get your room number and pasword via electronic check in... also cool

That the check out was till 12, still when i came at 11:50 to pick my suitcase up, the room was already locked and i had to ask the cleaner to open the room as the reception was already close. The beds are also small.

Friendly staff who spoke English and were very welcoming. They also had the sports channel so I could watch the PDC darts final in my room which was great

Parking charge is a pity. It is a discounted rate but I think it should be free for guests

As I had an injury, I needed easy access and that's what I got. The room was very clean, big and airy, with a nice view. The food was very good and plenty of it. All staf, were more than helpful. When I travel again, I would stay nowhere else. I have told, all of my friends about it. It was very important that the Manager (on my stay, Paul, I think), was well able to speak English, as I come from Ireland, and he was more than helpful at all times and showed great patience. Great hotel very close to the center of Krefeld city, room is in great quality for the price and has plenty choices in a good breakfast, staff was also very helpful

The parking space is small and was full, if you need parking you can park next to IBIS, They paid the costs back as compensation.

Great breakfast (bio everything). Cleaned every day, so I can say it was very clean. The room was small, but it has everything you need. They even gave me a blowdryer when I asked for it (in exchange for 20 EUR pfand).

The breakfast was abundant but not a great variety.

Good location & good secure carpark

Some building work was going on, and work started at 7 a.m. It would have been good to know this beforehand.
