The room was small, but quiet, modern and clean - therefore very good value for money. I found the parking in the same building and the electronic check-in at the door convenient and quick. The location in the center of town next to the railway station was also very convenient.

The electronic check-in at the door and the absence of staff at the conventional check-in desk came a bit as a surprise and could have been a problem if I would had any questions at arrival. On the day it was not difficult for me, but could have been pointed out in the booking confirmation. Due to a small number of guests on that day the breakfast was a little less complete than usual, but still adequate in value. However, next time I would rather go for breakfast to one of the nearby bakeries.

I arrived very late on 4th November, I was given excellent instruction earlier in the day, on how to enter the building and my room. The member of staff on reception on the morning of 5th November, immediately knew me, I don’t know how with so many rooms in the hotel, and he knew that I had arrived late and asked if everything was good and asked if I had got in ok. I was very impressed by this, what great caring service! He is a fantastic member of staff, thank you.

I would have loved a cup of tea in my room, however I realise for this super price you can’t supply this. I could have gone down to the vending machines but as it was so late I didn’t want to leave my room again

I loved the clean room and I particularly enjoyed the vending machines near the reception.

I especially hated the entrance system! It is not convenient if you arrive earlier than your check-in time. You have to wait at the streets for the clock to tick exactly 3 pm to be able to enter. I would have preferred to have a common area for waiting. it is a hotel, and not all of us will arrive exactly at 3 pm.

The room was very tidy and clean, staff who checked me in was very helpful. The location was great, right next to the station, and not far from the main street.

The vending machine only accepted cash. It was unclear when I first arrived what I had to do, as the reception was on the second floor and there was no way of reaching them at the door. The door was open but seemed shut with a keypad next to it, and the check-in machine was broken, so it took me a while to figure out I had to just push it.

It was a nice simple and clean hotel room that I stayed in by myself. Got a code to enter both the hotel and the room, no need to worry about cards or keys. No unnecessary things like a minibar or other stuff, but got all the needed things, private bathroom with shower, soap, bodywash and clean towels. Was pretty quiet with the windows closed and dark with the blinds down as well so I could get a good night's sleep. Had some type of climatization system but I didn't have to use it,, the temperature was good even in July.

one of the closer elevator/stairs was closed but that's not a big deal. when keeping the window open there might be some traffic/train noises because of its location, but it was ok overall.

I like the hotel because it's 5 minute walk to the train station. Quiet room on Quiet street. Bank and discount stores 7 minutes from the hotel.

The double bed was too hard for me.

it was easy to find, the room and bathroom was clean, there was a self check-in counter that made checking in easy and quick.

It is so comfortable hotel. Nice environment and good staff. Breakfast was nice. I will again come to your hotel. If you have branches in Barcelona, I will book that for September 2024.

House keeping not changed the clothes on the bed my entire 5 days. They used the same clothes on the bed.
