The hotel's location is ideal, right next to the bridge leading to the historic centre. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the large size of the room and its cleanliness - except some yellow stains in the bathroom next to the sink, but which I didn't manage to remove. The wifi worked perfectly.

Just a few stains in the bathroom and you could hear the outside noise quite a bit (a lot of cars pass on the road down below) but it did not prevent me from sleeping.

2nd time i have stayed here. I had a different room to my last one , it looks as though it had been renovated to a nice standard. Nice comfortable bed and excellent air con . Decent Tv and two minutes walk into the town .

The above bed lights both had no bulbs in them so was difficult finding the bathroom during the night. Also the soap dispenser kept falling of the wall. Trivial issues I know, but worth pointing out. Also mini fridges are needed in this hotel

It was a great location just a short walk over the bridge from the old town! Our room was really big,(family room with a big bed and a double pull out couch) which was great for 3 adults. It was a little bit dated but we don’t mind this - as it was clean, comfortable and big. The staff were all lovely and helpful. We got so lucky with the price too, as it was during the busy Oktoberfest time all accommodation was really expensive. The fitness room is large with a treadmill, Exercycle, rowing machine, bench press, two machines to work your legs, and a frame thing to do pull ups on etc. The sauna was nice and the hottest we’ve been in which is great for a end of day sweat.

We had the dam outside our room which was quite loud but the others didn’t mind. The sauna is only open from the afternoon

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent. The location and the view of the hotel by the riverside were very beautiful and exciting.

I would have preferred to have an electric kettle in the room for making coffee or tea. There wasn’t even a bottle of water in the room. The blanket was a bit thin for winter. Also, having a small fridge in the room would have been great.

When I first checked in, it was 26 Celsius outside. The room was very hot without air conditioning. I thought that is still alright, I'll just open the window at night to sleep. But the window was facing the main road, which was very noisy at night. The next morning, I complained about this to the reception because I was unable to sleep. They amicably tried their best to find a replacement room for me. I had to wait a while because all rooms were full but they said to wait until around 1pm after people check out and the rooms are cleaned. In the end, they managed to find a room for me that has air conditioning and the window is facing inwards, not the road. That room was very comfortably. The staff were accommodating to my request and the room was comfortable. The location is also excellent. Right beside the river that is the border to the town centre where all the good food and shopping are. There is a bus stop right outside it to go to the train station that is 25 minutes walk away, 6 minutes by bus.

As I mentioned before, if you are unlucky during the summer, you might get a very hot room. I think it is because the radiator in the bathroom was still on even though it was summer. It was not hot but just slightly warm, which means the heat still builds up in the room. Aside from that, my new room was not perfect. The toilet flush sometimes got stuck, causing the water to keep flowing. And the shower stand in the bath tub was broken was it could not hold the shower head. The hotel is not perfect and there is quite some wear and tear throughout the hotel. You have to be specific with your request for the room or get lucky with what they give you.

Breakfast options were great, location was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. view from the room was great, we got a river view.

Not enough towels, no one at the desk at night when a new key card was needed. Bathroom could've been a bit cleaner. People in the room above us were stomping around a lot at night.

Location is excellent, just over the bridge from the old town centre and all restaurants, In part the hotel feels a bit dated, but the rooms are spacious, everything works as intended and the breakfast is decent enough. EXcellent value for money considering one can use the sauna and fitness free-of-charge.

Some rooms could use a refurbishment.

The boss should behave better and try to control his stress. He shouted to young maid in front of guests in the breakfast room. Of course his work is demanding etc., but he should remember that he is watched by guests and cant look angry every time when comes to the breakfast room. I wish him, however, all the best in a very good hotel, and perhaps his holidays are still ahead 😀

Good-sized room and bathroom, comfortable beds, very clean. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet has a large variety of food options, and the breakfast room has great views of the Isar river, Trausnitz castle, and St Martin church. Great location near the historic old town. I stayed in this hotel before and didn't hesitate to book it again, this time for a stay with my family. We got two rooms right next to each other, which was very convenient.

Absolutely fantastic location to Landshut, super quick to get to restaurants & amenities , supermarket is 5 min walk away and train station 15. Plus amazing staff who were lovely and very helpful at the desk! Loved it!:)
