Excellent hotel located perfectly for the centre of Landshut. The room was very comfortable, quiet and with a nice view of the garden. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. It's also very nice that there was free cake and coffee/tea in the lobby. I would gladly return. Parking was easy.

The shower did not stay at a constant temperature and even became dangerously hot so that I had to jump out of the way. The breakfast was not of the standard I would expect for this type of hotel. For example, peanut butter from Gut und Günstig is really not acceptable for a four-star establishment.

The location of the Hotel was amazing. The staff were amazing and assisted us with travel plans. The breakfast was simply amazing. A short walk from the Hotel and you were in the Altstadt where you had many options for food etc

Our air conditioner did not seem to cool our room and the shower went from warm/hot to cold without us adjusting the temperature

My stay at Isar-Residenz far exceeded my expectations, I planned a weekend with my partner to attend an event in Landshut and the stay at the hotel was wonderful, the room was a dream, clean, large, with everything you need a balcony overlooking the river and the castle where we could enjoy a romantic and wonderful dinner, none of that could have been possible without the help of the hotel staff who far exceeded the hospitality and service offered. Thank you so much for making our stay a time to never forget.

Everything was wonderful. The staff, the hotel decor, the breakfast, the large room, exceptional.

Perhaps the fact the room was so hot when we arrived, it would have been good if the air cond had been running. It took a couple of hours to cool down.
