+ Excellent dinner buffet! + Buffet breakfast pretty good + View from the room: Super gorgeous 😊 + Location: okay + Beds were really comfy! + Most of the F&B staff were really friendly :) + Room size: Humongous!
- Wifi was super weak from our room. I have feedback to the front desk lady, but she just said “oh let’s see how it works out in the future.” What?? In other words, thank you for your feedback but no course of action will be taken to rectify it. - The children’s play room indoors was under construction 😟 very disappointing. It should be clearly communicated in the Booking.com page so that my expectations would be better managed before booking. - The hotel itself is quite rundown. Would be really great if a little investment would be put into refurbishing the hotel and repairing certain parts which are broken. Eg: curtains, carpet, door knobs, the colour of the wall, smell, etc.

Hotel was mispresented on the site, at the end of the day it seems to be a hotel for dogs. The swimming pool was out of order.
