I had a really good experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient and everything else met or exceeded expectations.

The only downside was a very strong smell of pepper in the room. I couldn’t tell if it was from a cleaning product or an air freshener, but it was quite overpowering at times. If that could be toned down, it would be perfect. Other than that, I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel makes you feel exactly in Germany as it has their unique style. The staff was ok. The room is big, with big windows and curtains which is a plus as during de summer the sunrise is at 5 o'clock. The room is also clean ( we stayed for 2 nights, and even if it was such a short time spent there, someone made up the room after the first night. The breakfast was diverse so that anyone can be able to choose something to eat.

The location is great and the hotel is in a fantastic historical building and very sensibly and tasteful renovated. Excellent breakfast and very friendly staff. I very much like the atmosphere of the hotel. I love the mix of old and contemporary and that it is not renovated in the familiar standardised style like so many hotels.

A pot of simple filter coffee or darjeeling tea on the table for breakfast would be great

Beautiful place. Nice staff, very good restaurant, nice bar. Breakfast very good. All were fresh. Even coffee was delivered on order and not preset on the tables.

Friendly and helpful staff, gluten free bread at breakfast upon request, big room with his ceilings and big windows. Lovely historic building.

No air conditioning but they gave us a fan. No elevator but great stairs.

Breakfast was good with variety of meats, cheese, eggs and cereal. Coffee was excellent.

We spontaneously ended up there without knowing anything about it. It was late and we were simply desperate to find accommodation near where we ended up. Since we had no expectations, what we experienced was wonderful. The hotel part was just fine, not exceptional. But the restaurant, the staff, and the boss, Mr. Lodner himself, were wonderful and what made the stay exceptional.

Beautiful Bavarian family hotel, renovated to 21st century standards, and with great cuisine and personnel. We also stored our bikes here on our Danube trip.

Everything about the property was excellent. It was clean and in very good order. It has a classic charm and is both comfortable and stylish. The hotel is quiet and the tranquility ensures the enjoyment of good sleep and rest at night yet provides the life and vitality of a happy, lively daytime culture.
