Breahfast was not great. Scrambled eggs were inedible. They should be presented fresh on a regular basis and not sitting there for several hours.

Everything was great - location in the city centre, warm room, all staff was very kind. Breakfast was exceptional! Next to the hotel are located two great places to go for dinner: the Steakhouse and Alte Posthalterei. We parked our bikes in the parking behind our car. But it would be great if the hotel had a secured place for the bikes.
a movement sensor that activates the lights at nighttime if you go to the bathroom. Parking costs 10 euro per 24h.

Very nice and beautiful hotel, excellent breakfast and polite personal. The location is close to the center and railway station. There is a fitness room and relaxing sauna zone. We very much enjoyed our time at Looken Inn.

Very nice hotel, exceptional breakfast where for the second morning, I got up earlier to enjoy it. Bed was comfortable and the sauna was nice.

Very nice and modern hotel, didn’t expect such excellent hotel in small city. Clean and room comfortable rooms with good furniture and sanitary engineering. Very good and various breakfast like in 5 star hotel.

Breakfast was good and rich; however, more fresh fruits could have completed the circle. It was good and very rich in quality and quantity.
the fact that there was no room service since I arrived late at destinations and restaurant were closed. It would be nice if room service is operated outside the normal time schedule.

Location was good as a stop off on our journey. Good Italian restaurant next to hotel. Hotel gave card for 5euro discount. Breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
