The location is great. It's right next to a local meeting spot at the Amstel, where you can actually also swim in the water. Perfect for summer travels. The Restaurant and Bar had an awesome vibe and we had very good dinner and breakfast. We only stayed for one night and there was even a live concert. All in all a lively but at the same time laid back atmosphere and a place for a great experience!

Some people might want an AC on hot days, which our room was not equipped with. Nevertheless our room had a fan so we could cool off the room quickly. So it wasn't really a big deal.

Beautiful location at the lake, large room, attentive extras like free bikes, welcome drink good breakfast buffet in a nice setting with lake view, close to Nordhorn town

Great Hotel overall, restaurant was brilliant food was also very good, rooms were large and very well equipped beds were comfy and location is fab.

the fireplace at the restaurant was such a nice cosy place to sit and have drinks or eat. the staff for the hotel and restaurant was great! the room was very spacious and clean.

I had a room with connecting doors and I don’t know if it was that or that the walls are a touch thin, but I did hear my Neighbors…..

The staff was really very cool ! The restaurant Pier99 was also good and the room was comfortable The facilities are also precious

perfect location - on the river - scenery was beautiful. room was clean, spacious , air conditioned and you could sit on balcony staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast was excellent also. wide variety in selection. relaxed atmosphere.

Great breakfast and location

The shower was dripping all night and we had to put a towel on the floor to reduce the noise.

Very modern and well maintained Hotel located approx. 15-20min waking distance from the city. the hotel offers bikes for free to get around. staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is lacking an onsite gym which would definitely be an improvement. For the asked daily rate, the bathroom amenities should include better products (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, bar of soap) instead of single purpose shower gel dispenser.
