The location could not be better on Rügen. Nice views on the Cap Arcona in a small village with enough services for convenience, but little enough for the crowds to bypass it. Breakfast was fantastic. Service in general was very attentive and clearly above average for German standards. The restaurant itself was kept in a nice Art Noveaux style, which was really nice. It would have been an absolute smasher with the appropriate background music.

The room could do with a makeover. As it is it's neither vintage nor boutique, just stuck in a 90ies style. It was very clean and comfortable though. A separate bar would have been nice with views on the Baltic. The restaurant does serve drinks only, but the atmosphere is not as laid back for drinks as it could be.

Love the hosts, restaurant, the view and the separate building of our room. It’s also dog friendly. The atmosphere is wonderful. Feel myself like in a movie. Receptionist helped us to find a light to go to the beach at night. Breakfast was good. I would come back!

The room wasn’t warm enough when we arrived. The bathroom has a bit of smell. Probably because it’s a separate villa and has special moments with its infrastructure.

Hotel is situated in a beautiful location overlooking the sea. The decor of the hotel, restaurant and the numerous phptographs on the walls make you feel transported back in time. Lovely staff, clean and spacious rooms, delicious breakfasts. Highly tecommend this place for a stay on Rugen.

It was a really great stay! We enjoyed our stay very much. A huge plus for the fresh baked croissants for breakfast and a bath in the bathroom. It was really nice to have a warm bath after a long hiking day. The veiw from our room was amazing.

We were missing the coffee machine and kettle. We were living in a separate building so it was not confortable to go to the restraunt to pick up the tea and then come back. And also bath salt would be nice to have :)

location of the apartment not directly in the hotel building, but some 300m away in quite shabby house (from outside), dirty terrace - full of bird droppigns (nest under the roof). Vehicle parking for surcharge.

Nice location with great views, quiet, great restaurant with fine selection and view over the sea, friendly staff that help us in an emergency where we were in need of a dentist. Can highly recommend for a getaway

The only point was the wifi, which only worked for getting down emails in main building and not at all in villa Irene, so had to use our own mobil data. But in away also a plus, because it meant you stayed away from social media :)

Amazing little hotel with perfect view. Delicious breakfast which you can enjoy looking at the Baltic sea. Comfortable room with huge bed. Great price/quality ratio. We will come back!

The location was right next to the Ostsee which connects to the Baltic Sea. The view from the room and terrace restaurant was excellent especially at sunset. The buffet breakfast was quite generous and the restaurant beautifully maintained. The room was clean and spacious with nice paintings. Nice classic and traditional design overall. Lot of parking spots on site.

Most of the staff were friendly but some quite rude. The restaurant has insane waiting times on weekends/holidays, we waited almost 2 hours altogether for ordering and getting our food! We wanted to reserve a place for 9PM and was told that is quite late for the kitchen and then we sat from 8PM till 9:45PM for the food. Some locals were offered complimentary drinks for also waiting so long, but none for us. That seemed very unfair as we were already staying at the venue and waited the longest! The room keys were attached to a very heavy object, like a paper weight and was told that is for not losing the keys. The bus connections from Sassnitz are limited on weekends/holidays, every 2 hours with the last ones at 18:00.

Great location! Fantastic food! The view from our room was priceless! Staff was very helpful and the morning breakfasts were just what we needed and had something for all family members! Would highly recommend. Comfortable elegance!
