Superb view over the harbour and sea with a door leading straight out onto the garden. Excellent top class and very generous breakfast. There was complimentary tea, coffee and cake available in the afternoon when we arrived.

No receptionist or any other staff on duty on arrival, the keys are left in a coded box. The bathroom sink was blocked, obviously couldn’t get it sorted until the morning - and then I couldn’t make them understand the problem.

Arrived later in the evening but staff made sure I could check in. Hotel rooms overlook the harbor and water, phenomenal views. Hotel itself is located in an old quarter of Sassnitz, gives you a great feel for the "Badeplatz" culture. Breakfast had an opulent offering. Very friendly staff.

Having a secure location to store the bike overnight would have been a plus. Parking facilities were geared toward cars, yet hotel lies on. a great biking route.

Breakfasts are amazing. Very easy to check-in in the late evening. As a bonus tee and coffee in the evening at the common coffee point. The location is amazing, especially if you take the room with the sea/harbor view.

Seagulls are annoying, but it's not the hotel fault. Only be aware of hearing these loudly birds during that mating period.

Excellent place! We had a spontaneous trip to Rugen. We booked that one without having any expectations. But once we have arrived we found that's hotel was a lovely place with awesome view. We definetely will visit one more time.

Really nice view on the sea and location near the National park Jasmund with amazing clives coastal parts.

Small language barrier between guest and personal of the hotel during check-out. Personal speak a little english, almost german.

Well placed and fine hotel. A little bit old but clean enough. The breakfast was really nice and the view as well.

There were traces of the flood on the floor and walls and we weren't able to close the door to the toilet because of them (the wooden plinths swelled).

The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice to suit everyone and a cracking view from the breakfast room.

The bed only had one pillow and a single duvet as i booked as a single occupant. Additional pillows and a full size duvet for the bed would have been much better.

Beautiful view of the Harbour. Very good breakfast buffet. Lots of choice. Special requests from the kitchen were done with pleasure. Thank you all.

Checking in was inconvenient. I had to wait 20 minutes outside in the cold before someone came to let me in.
