The staff was extremely nice, every one of them! The apartment was comfortable and clean. The balconies are a huge plus- very nice to be able to sit outside. The layout of the rooms was perfect for sharing with two families- so nice to have a storage area between the room! It is exactly at the beach, perfect for families with children. The breakfast is extremely delicious!

Pull out couch was very squeaky and loud. It was difficult to lock and unlock the bathroom doors (shared between the living room and one bedroom) so it made a lot of noise each time the doors were opened and closed. Finding the reception was difficult when we arrived because it's actually on the street side, not the promenade like the address suggests. "Cleaning the rooms only when requested"- I would say this is rather inconvenient because even when we requested cleaning by putting the sign on our doorknob, it was not done and we had to ask again at the front desk.

- The room is clean. There's a problem with a window in one of the sleeping rooms. It's very difficult to close once it's open. Perhaps needs better maintenance. - The breakfast box on our leaving day could be better.

Breakfast - if you offer breakfast until 11:30 you should make sure that it is filled up until 11:30. We came at 10:15 and there were no eggs or orange juice left, the scrambled eggs were almost empty, only one piece of salmon left and an empty cheese plate...quite disappointing start into the holiday.

It was great to have a separate living room/seating area plus a small kitchen. It made it easier to relax and easy to have breakfast in our room instead of having to eat out for literally every meal. We traveled with our small dog, and the staff was super friendly to her. Our bed was really comfortable, which for us means it was soft, so if you prefer really firm beds you might not like this one. The location was good, just a minute to the promenade, and there were lots of restaurants within a few minutes. There's a little tourist train that goes through town, and it's free with the tourist tax you have to pay at hotels, so that was really helpful. Overall this was a decent hotel.

The room is a bit dated, though we could tell that from the photos when we were booking it. The shower nozzle wouldn't stay up, unless you positioned the hose in just the right spot, so that was annoying. Even just upgrading the shower nozzles to something nicer would be a great improvement. Also, if you're booking one of the rooms with a kitchen because you want to cook, note that there isn't any cooking oil, salt, or pepper, so you'll have to bring your own or buy it at the grocery store when you arrive. It also would've been nice to have a water bowl for the dog, especially since there's a big pet store minutes from the hotel.
