Small but nice - everything you need (except for an oven) is there. Under-floor heating in the bathroom rocks! Location is also great - close to the beach, close to the train station and also not far from the center. And of course the included spa (sauna and pool) is nice. The building is in good condition and well maintained. And the low price we paid due to the (off-)season was a big bonus.

The fact spa, pool, restaurant etc. in the hotel next door only open in March (we were there in February) was not mentioned on the booking.com page - we only learned about it after booking. The alternative in Grand Hotel Binz is just as good (though 20min on foot), so no harm done, but it's weird to not know before booking.

Really nice and large rooms with a small balcony. The hotel has a outside bar. The beach is 50 m away, a supermarket is 400 m. Close to the building is a bicycle rent with good bicycles and prices. You get 10% off.

Kitchen could be better equipped. No toaster, nothing for putting wet dishes after cleaning (no dishwasher). Parking house costs 15 € per night.

Very comfortable Hotel with a big breakfast bar. Modern design room with a spacious bed. The complex is close to the main station and located directly at the beach. The opening hours of the spa could be longer. All in all, a nice place to stay for a couple of days.

We especially liked the waitress in the restaurant called Kasey (or KC?) who was very friendly and funny and made us feel very welcome! Please pass on our best wishes to her, we couldn't find her to say goodbye properly 😭

Kitchen facilities are all available, chopping boards knives cutlery pots and pans are available for long term stays. The location is close to the train station and the beach is a three-minute walk away. Also quiet enough at night for sleep.

The room smelled a bit and was not properly ventilated before check in

I liked that despite Arkona Hotel being closed due to the holidays, all services were replaced in another hotel. Spacious apartment near the sea.

I didn't like the textile headboard of the bed, it seems unhygienic to me.

Smashing room with kitchenette and balcony. Great reception staff at the Arkona Strandhotel for check-in/out and any queries. Only one street back from the promenade and beach and very easy access to all types of eateries. Highly recommended.
