The location was perfect. I very much enjoyed all the spa amenities that were included in our price. We booked half board. The service in the spa area was very good. The steam and sauna facilities were exceptional in my opinion. It included free healthy drinks as well as fresh fruits. We enjoyed the restaurant which are on the top floor, so you had a beautiful view while dining or breakfast. We loved the personal touch of the welcome heart on our door at arrival.

The bathroom in the room could use a proper ventilation. When somebody went to the toilet for #2, it made the entire room smell. Also, after taking a shower, the bathroom would turn into a steam room.

Great location, just a short walk from a clean, beautiful beach. The spa was excellent, offering a wide variety of comfortable relaxation areas, and the staff there were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The swimming pool was pleasantly warm — a bit on the smaller side, but still enjoyable. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable, and the elevator worked well. Although the hotel is quite old, it’s clear they are renovating and improving it.

The soundproofing could be better — in one of our two rooms, we could hear neighbors showering and even coughing. The food options, both at breakfast and dinner, were lacking in healthy choices: about 90% of the dishes were heavily fried or pork-based, with very few lighter, healthy options available — essentially just boiled eggs, cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce. It was difficult to find something both healthy and flavorful.

We had a beautiful room, the interior is not the newest but it is in good shape and we found it very tasteful all in all. The spa area is beautiful, with a decently sized swimming pool and really nice saunas. Plenty of room to relax and it dind't feel overrun. Breakfast was a highlight, too, a huge variety of hot, cold savoury and sweet choices. Good organization with three (partly overlapping) breakfast times to choose from in two restaurants, so even though the hotel was full, it did not seem packed at breakfast and there were almost no queues.

The wait at check-in was rather long and there is only one lift which results in waiting times.

+ Great spa with multiple temperatures, two rest areas, free fruit and refreshments. The pool is alright but gets crowded with children. The spa got busy on Saturday but was pretty empty on Friday. Note the working hours before you go: the spa is open from 3pm, the pool — 7am. + Central location right at the promenade. + You can book a Strandkorb for €15/day at the hotel. + Helpful staff.

- No air conditioning in the room. It got very hot at night. You can’t leave the window open either, because of the seagulls and because the hotel asks you to keep it closed in case of gusts of wind. - The breakfast area on the top floor gets equally hot on a sunny morning. Seemingly there is no AC or ventilation here either. - At check-in, you have to decide which of two available shifts you will have breakfast in. We chose 7:30 to 9. If you do the same, either come by 7:30 or after 8:15 or so. Otherwise you won’t find a vacant table! - You can order fresh waffles or an omelette from the cook at the station, but it is not clearly communicated anywhere. I only know because I overheard someone ordering these dishes.

Pretty much nothing special to say. The hotel is as expected. Nice seaside hotel with all amenities and services on the spot. Easy access to the beach. Some beach equipment is available for free with a guest card, beach bag ready to use inside of the room. Great breakfast, good Wifi. Room sized decently, cleanliest is meeting the standards. Parking places available next to the hotel at the private hotel parking, however parking place for cars is limited. Close by is EDEKA supermarket and sea side promenade next to the hotel. Good choice hotel. Hotel staff is good trained and always available.

Not sure if just specific to my room or to the hotel generally. But I have experienced outages of the hot water. As it was always around the peak time in the evening I assume that the hotel hot water capacity is not sufficient enough. I had to wait couple minutes and try it again to get at least warm water for a while until it turned to full cold again. Need to say that outside of the peak time everything was in normal working order. Also I suggest to replace some tired carpets for the new ones around the common areas especially in the elevators or change it for more durable hard flooring.

The location is great, close to the train station, 2-min away from the beach, very close to what could be considered the centre of Binz. The hotel itself is nice, the room was comfortable, the food was OK - we had breakfast every day there and dinner a couple of times. They were both buffet-style and the choice was pretty repetitive but overall OK. The staff were nice. It was also possible to use the gym in another hotel v close by (this particular hotel didn't have one).

The hotel has a pool and a sauna area but they close at 9pm, which personally I find way too early. I also wanted to book a wellness service for the next day - it was fully booked. When I asked for an alternative, I was told the therapist was going home early (lunchtime). So not particularly impressed with that side of the service.

A wonderful experience, I highly recommend this hotel. We were immediately welcomed with two glasses of . Everyone was very kind and patient, from the front desk to the waiters to the bartenders. Super professional. We booked the room with breakfast and dinner included, and all the meals we had were good. We stayed in the sauna and pool. We loved the discretion and cleanliness, the saunas are the highlight of this hotel. Our room was big clean and very bright. ( I think I will ask for the same room next time). The 'hotel directly overlooks the sea, and has a small terraza equipped with a bar, where live music is played every afternoon, with local artists. We stopped for drinks at the hotel bar, and all the cocktails were well taken care of and served. We experienced the hotel in all its forms, and we were fully satisfied. The most important thing definitely beyond the service, is that the hotel and the staff are gayfrendly, We had no problems, no discrimination. It was a wonderful surprise for us and i am super happy to write this review. The whole experience was 10/10. I Recommend to everyone, especially LGBTQ+ persons fantastic experience we CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN. I'm from Italy.

We really liked the beachfront location of the hotel and the perfect sea view from the window of our room. The hotel was also within a walking distance from the center of Binz, the pier and multiple bars and restaurants along the promenade. Our room was really cozy, with a balcony with front sea view. The staff at the reception and at the hotel restaurant was very polite and attentive. The buffet breakfast was excellent with many different choices of food and drinks.

We were in Binz in the mid of October. Although we had a very nice room with a balcony and sea views, there were few occasions on which we could use the balcony, as it was not covered and did not provide any shelter when it was raining. The parking lot in front of the hotel was small and fully booked, and we were offered to leave our car at an alternative relatively remote parking lot (a few hundred meters away).

We reallly liked the location and stay. Really appreciated the wellness ( sauna) service staff. our highlight of the stay was 18:00 FinnishSauna with instructor.

Breakfast was good.. since very small space it was over crowded. Dinner quality of food needs to be improved. (cold steak and over cooked pasta was served )

The buffet breakfast was good, but nothing incredibly special. The staff was very nice. The restaurant is located on the top floor of the building so there's an amazing view over the ocean. Great location, right on the water and main walking promenade. Still very peaceful because the town is quiet in general. Everything is walkable within Binz. The sauna area is very nice and spacious, many different large rooms and showers. The pool is pretty shallow but also nice.

Our bathroom smelt like urine. Everything looked a bit more outdated in real life than in the pictures, but was in good condition. Parking situation is not great - you have to reserve a spot in advance which we did not know so we ended up having to pay 20 euros for a day of parking down the street. Parking was 11 euros per day at the hotel.
