The staff was very friendly and helpful with any requests. The breakfast was good, every day they had a little diversity. Sauna was exceptional, since we were the only people using it we had the whole room to ourselves.

In the family room the set up for the tv didn't make any sense, it was very far away from the sofa and the sofa was screwed to the wall so you couldn't move it closer.

Exceptional breakfast, very pleasant staff and good semi-soft bed, which I definitely like. We were there in late autumn time, almost everything in the city was closed, but there was a sauna and comfortable pool. We truly like it!

No meeting room for team discussions (valid only for business travellers), hotel offered us standard extra paid room, we did not use this opportunity.

Hotel has very friendly staff, superb breakfast which changes every day. Water in swimming pool very warm and you can spend there a lot of time, also temperature in sauna is right :) about 85-90 C Location also is awesome :) There are forest and traditional old houses in area around

Our breakfast was wonderful! For this American the bacon was nice and crispy! Coffee was hot and and a carafe was brought to our table. Wide variety of fruit, cereal, juices and breads are part of the breakfast. Great job! The hotel was recently remodeled (pictures in the lobby) and it is beautiful! All rooms have new beds, linens etc. Umbrellas were provided by the entryways for guest use. We used them as it rained one day. Perfect place to stay as a couple. Right across the street is beach access with some small gift shops and food concessions. Fabulous location! We loved our stay!

Very nice staff, at the reception and at the restaurant, spoke English, always kind and with a smile, made our stay very comfortable. Location is great, near the beach and very close to the bus stop. Clean and comfortable room. Very nice experience in the spa (sauna + pool). Great breakfast: good variety and high quality food, and attentive waiters. May seem a bit expensive, but it was worth for us :)

An unexpected tourist tax had to be paid (1.5€ per person/night).

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice indoors swimming pool. the area fits about 4 families but was not usually crowded Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

It was misleading about the access to the beach. it is actually on the other side of the road. You have to cross the road and walk about 100m. Not far but set your expectations It would have been helpful if the beach operators installed showers (even paid ones). there is one paid shower cabin, it was closed and operator was not there!

Location right across from the beach was ideal. Staff was really wonderful and the breakfast was super. They even served until 10:30.

The weather was hot and there was no floor fan.
