The hotel's parking setup impressed us with its EV charging stations - a fantastic amenity for eco-conscious travelers. We enjoyed a remarkably peaceful stay thanks to the low occupancy. Families will appreciate the convenient location, with a McDonald's just steps away - a lifesaver when traveling with kids who need a familiar meal option.

The kitchen setup was frustratingly impractical. While our room came with a kitchen, all cooking essentials - from basic utensils to pots and pans - had to be collected from the reception desk. This became a real problem when we arrived to find no staff at reception, leaving us with a fully equipped kitchen space but no way to actually use it. For a hotel that markets rooms with kitchens as a feature, this unstaffed reception policy seriously undermined the convenience of having an in-room kitchen.

my family stayed at this hotel for one night during our trip to Venlo. hotel has good location, near main road. rooms were clean and quiet. since reception works till 21 h, we got card from safety deposit box. this was very good experience. there is big parking, with some machine that makes pizza in 3 min. breakfast was good. Mcdonalds is just across hotel. There are vending machines in hotel which you can use 24/7. all in all- good hotel.

this hotel is not for vacation but for short stay during some trip and for that is perfect.

The Chalet is a two bedroom appartment with a living room and open fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher under the roof of a house with several other rented rooms in the same building. It’s just a few steps away from the Mellaubahn, where ski equipment can be rented as well. Area is very quiet. Free Parking directly in front of the house.

There is no shower, only a bath (with no shower curtain).

I chose this hotel for an overnight stay because of its location. It was just a couple of minutes from the A8 motorway. The hotel is very clean. The room was comfortable, pleasant to be in. The bathroom had a luxury feel, with shower gel provided. There was abundant hot water for the shower and basin. The breakfast was very generous with plenty of choice, bacon, scrambled eggs, cold meats, cheeses, delicious fresh bread etc. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. I slept well, the hotel is quiet. I didn’t experience any external noise. There is a lovely small supermarket just outside, with a coffee/bakery at the front. I found this useful. There is also a McDonalds in the opposite direction, just a couple of minutes away. I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Very good service: gluten-free diet was handled very nicely. Good beds and extra bed for our daughter. Very clean room. Very close to the highway, so nice extra stop traveling from or to Austria.

Room temperature could have been a few degrees lower.

Overall a great experience. Everything one wants for an overnight stay on the road: Close to highway exit, modern, spacious comfortable and clean room, excellent breakfast.

Shower had some traces of mould.

Rooms were spacious and breakfast was great too. Location is great too with easy access to restaurants and close to highway.

What could have been nice is an electric kettle and some tea/coffee in the room.

The room was very clean and new. Good enough for a family of 4.

I only found the beds to be bit too soft. I would have also liked the kettle in the room but my stay was only for a night for an ongoing travel so it didn’t matter much. The options in the breakfast were very limited . The breakfast timing was 6:30 to 9:30. But majority of the items were already finished by 8:50.

Ok place. We arrived late night and left the following morning, so can't say too much. It was clean, comfortable and had a fair breakfast.

There's no staff at night time, so you have to call the emergency number on the door, to check yourself in with a code the person on the other side of the phone give you. Than, there is no elevator after hours, so you need to climb with your luggage.

Amazing service, nice and competent staff. Quick check in. The hotel is nicely located if you are driving long distance. Many restaurants around the hotel and a supermarket 100 meters away. It had exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much. We will visit again.
