Situated a few minutes walk from the town centre where there are lots of places to eat in the evening. Whilst there appears to be plenty of public (paid for) parking close to the hotel, we had pre-booked a space in the hotel's underground carpark. Be aware that if you prefer this additional security there are only a few spaces available; cost EUR6 overnight. (This underground garage was also used for the storage of bikes; the hotel appears to be popular with cyclists). Our room was a good size, with high ceiling - the hotel has not been built recently - and plenty of wardrobe/storage space if required. The curtains provided decent blackout of light, and the comfortable beds ensured that we enjoyed a good night's sleep. Good bathroom facilities. There was a reasonable choice of items at breakfast, which was good and tasty.

Really helpful staff and an excellent breakfast. Clean and mostly quiet.

The lift is noisy if you have a room next to it. I am a big guy and the bed was a little small for me but that is not unusual. Coffee available in reception but nothing in the room. Towels are small so a second one would have been useful.

The breakfast was very good with everything you needed before setting off for the day. The location was close to the town centre so within walking distance.

The car parking was a little difficult but underground parking was available. There were a lot of bicycles in there and access was quite tight for cars.

Easy location for the Weser rad weg and opposite the railway station. Good breakfast and already available from 06:00am! Bike storage available.

Pillows were rather soft and not very comfortable (but that is personal taste).

Good location, near train station and public parking. Also, 15 ~ 30 mins walking distance to riverside or old town
