Everything was good and the food was excellent!!

Coming from Canada I wish the staff told us about the expectations of a German sauna. I asked at the front desk and at the receptionist of the spa if we needed to know anything about the rules/expectations regarding the sauna . Both said nothing !! Coming from Canada we do not have saunas where you do not wear swim suits, so needless to say we got in the sauna wearing our swimsuits only to have several old German men giving us instructions of what to do, which we could not understand. I don't care whether we wear them or not, I just wish I knew the rules before entering the facilities.

as a family of four, we really enjoyed the pool. it was warm and had different areas to soak up relation. the cold pool outside was also a great experience

the rooms are pretty dated and need a refresh. but I find German hotels are way behind than other European countries in that respect

The hotel was lovely and clean. The pool area was very nice. The staff put up a tippee for the children to play in and provided us with a diaper bin and a changing mat. I celebrated my birthday while I was there and I hadn't told them. My date of birth was in my booking and on departing, they gave me a birthday card and chocolates. The breakfast was also very, very good. Oh, there was also a clothes line in the bathroom which was really beneficial for us as a family of 4 who went swimming every few hours

Loved the facilities and the very wide range of breakfast, a proper buffet for Europe. Gorgeous stay in a quiet town, with a relaxed vibe. Pool was also nice and opening hours are good 7-10 also the gym, very clean.

Parking entrance is really hard to find.

The soundproofing of the rooms... Our room had a door (locked) to the neighour room, and we could hear all the conversation from within (I suppose they could also hear us)

Very large conference/spa hotel. Good room and good breakfast. Convenient and free street parking. Very nice pool and sauna.

There was only one thin pillow in the bed. There could have been slippers for the pool area.

Very beautiful and silent location. Staff was very nice and the hotel room was very good. Breakfast was also very good.

Buffet in the evening and a la carte were a little expensive and there was no bar in the hotelroom.

They charged for the garage, but didn't explicitly say so. I would have expected that to be free, given that it belongs to the hotel. 11 Euro per day isn't particularly cheap either. The sauna only opened at 3pm every day due to energy saving. But for a hotel of that size, I'd doubt it makes a bit difference. I couldn't go for that reason.

Old fashioned and old-looking furniture, dinner buffet not worth 35€ seeing as the drinks are not included, not even water!! Desserts disappointing, only some whipped cream.
