Staff is always polite and friendly, communicates efficiently. Room has cool modern design, beds are comfortable. Big windows allow much daylight and dense curtains can protect from unwanted light and views if necessary.

No fridge or water boiler in the room. Building design has it's disadvantages. Oil refinery in direct vicinity is noisy and smoke trails sometimes reach hotel location. Open shower design leads to wet floor in the bath - which is otherwise very comfortable

The location is very convenient for visiting the outlet village, plus there is plenty of parking spaces (easily accessible with lower / sportcars). The hotel is modern and clean, the room was spacious and comfortable.

There was no aircoditioning in the room (just a ventilator), so it got quite stuffy, unless you kept the windows open. Otherwise - nothing to dislike

The hotel is well located close to the famous Inglostadt outlet. Rooms are very well decorated and with comfortable beds. Cost of rooms and tasty breakfast were reasonable. The staff are super friendly and very polite. Free parking and nice outdoor setting area. I would definitely recommend it and be pleased to book again

the location was perfect..just next door to the premium outlet. Excellent for a short shopping trip stay. The breakfast was excellent. Does not serve pork dishes. Good for Muslim travellers

not the the fault of the hotel but the premium outlet was closed for the easter holidays

We had a stopover for some shopping at Ingolstadt Village before heading to the airport the next morning.

The only downside was the shower, which didn’t have a door, this caused water to splash outside the shower area.

Location is super nice, if you are planning to go to outlets. Big parking. Room was nice and clean.

Breakfast was good, but choice wasn't big enough. And we would appreciate bottle of water in the room.

We chose this hotel to visit the Ingolstadt shopping village, and it turned out to be a good choice. Hotel is within one minute walking from the shopping street. Room was appropriate, clean, with comfortable bed, and heating. The buffet breakfast is highly recommended: it was exceptionally good with a wide selection of food and drinks.

The hotel should add an electric kettle in rooms

Good location near the outlet, good spacious parking, very nice new and comfy room and good breakfast. Honestly, there is not even one thing to complain about. 10/10

- the quilt should be a little bit thicker. It was quite cold during the night.
