I have stayed at this hotel a number of times previously and it suits my travel plans. It is very conveniently situated for a rail traveller and I particularly liked the breakfast choice, the bacon was crispy just the way I like it! A relaxing stay with a bar/light refreshment facility conveniently situated next to reception. Would I stay here again? Yes, I would if it suited my travel plans.

I have no adverse comments to make other than to observe that Ingolstadt centre is some distance away from the hotel.

1. Location next to central train station with buses to city centre close by allowed ready access to travel to Munich for a day trip and walk into Ingolstadt through the very scenic parks in just 30 mins. 2. The bed was super comfortable. 3. I requested a quiet room and was advised best quiet room was facing street business class. I booked this and the room was really quiet. Even with the windows open it was comfortable. There was a tree outside my window giving a lovely leafy view. 4. The room was spacious and very clean. 5. The shower was perfect. 6 Despite the hotel being full I heard no noise from adjoining rooms. 7. Professional staff that accommodated my every need.

The only requirement that would allow me 100% enjoyment is if there was a kettle in the room to allow me have warm water to drink when I awoke. The room is big enough to have such facility so I see no reason not to provide. I would score 10 rating for this hotel if provided.

Proximity to the main railway station and the fact that although the room faced a main road and a bus station, there was no sound disturbance.

During my stay the hotel was extremely busy. I decided to self check in using a machine situated in the foyer due to crowding at the check in desk but my room card was not dispensed so I had to wait about fifteen minutes to receive one. Breakfast commences at a very reasonable 06.00 but the breakfast area was very crowded within a short while leading to delays queuing for food; not ideal if you are in a hurry.

Reception lady Victoria was very cheerful and helpful, that was really nice. Thanks for your hospitality! Everything was ok for such type of hotel. Clean, normal size room. The hotel is located on the reailway station, but I can't say it was loud there. The rental car service is in the next building. In common, I'd say it was quite comfortable 1 night staying before traveling further

I can't say I didn't like something. Everything was good as for the hotel of this class

It was close to the train station which we used often. The windows were air tight so we didnt even know there was a train station directly behind us. It was nice to walk next door to the train station to get a bun or pretzel and coffee/tea for breakfast each morning. Love those German bakeries!

Most of the staff was friendly. But some just weren’t helpful. I asked for hot water for tea one evening and was given hot water and a cup. But when I asked again the next day during the day the woman told me I could buy the breakfast for 17 Euro if I wanted tea. I said the lady last night got me hot water and she said she shouldn’t have done that for me! I ended up just getting hot water from the bathroom faucet became it came out really, really hot! So some staff were friendly, others not so much.

Amazingly quiet being situated at the train station. It was easy to purchase food and drinks at the train station or to eat breakfast at the hotel. Also the taxi or the bus stop is immediately outside the front door! We were able to go anywhere without waiting. The view outside our window was incredible. We saw the sunrise and could see the trains come and go without hearing them. The staff person we dealt with was exceptionally helpful.

We came to Ingolstadt to visit the Audi Forum. The hotel is next to the station and bus terminal so transport was easy. The hotel provided us with a free travel card on the metro which was fantastic as it allowed us to travel to the “Old town” which was great for sightseeing and dining. The hotel was clean, with friendly staff and they assisted us as required.

Apart from no fridge in our room it was perfect for our needs.

The young lady who checked us in is a treasure. She was pleasant, professional and very fast. Our room was decently seized and my bed was almost exactly as stiff but comfy as I like.

Why don't you have proper door to the bathroom? That's my main gripe with our room. Sliding glass doors might be stylish but they are not ideal.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. Out room was comfortable. Being at the train station.

The cost of the breakfast was expensive although a nice selection. The outside of the building was a bit unkept.

Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Hotel is located virtually on train station platform which was great for my onward journey into Munich the following morning! Parking close by was clean, secure and good value.

No complaints at all, I would observe that the hotel feels very functional and perfect for a short stay.
