A charming and welcoming place that truly has a soul! The atmosphere is warm and personal . The rooms were clean and thoughtfully decorated, with little touches that made it feel like home. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. Great location, peaceful vibe, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

On warmer days, air conditioning would be a great addition to make the stay even more comfortable. Still, a lovely stay overall!

We called to check in late at night because we were delayed, this was no problem. Also, we requested a room with a smart tv and this was no problem at all. The breakfast was nice and the staff very friendly. Very good value as well.

The mattress was great, but the pillows were flat and the blankets very hot. Early in the morning, the cleaning lady came into the room which came as a surprise, she did apologize before she quickly left, though.

Cozy atmosphere in the lounge in general in the hotel. Great size of the rooms which is important for travelling with kids. Breakfast was great, especially the doughnut type small cakes - kids loved them :)

The personal was very helpful and always with the smile on their face. The room was clean and comfortable, the same with the beds. The parking was behind and close to the hotel. The restaurant was perfect and the breakfast excellent. Very good place , very near to the autobahn and worth to take a pause. I fully recommend it.

The vibe of the hotel was very cool, it felt like on holidays on a island near the beach. Something about the decoration and the overall feeling of this place puts you in a good mood. The breakfast was very good and plenty.

The breakfast time slot was a bit to short, especially when travelling with children.

The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a wonderful variety of food to choose from. Staff was very accommodating, friendly and always available. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy, I recommend this hotel.

Very sweet, comfortable, family hotel. We've arrived half an hour earlier, but met no problems: our room was ready, and we could check-in immediately.

We had two separate beds instead of one bed, but that was not critical 🙂

The appartment is good. Everthing was good and clean, a perfect stay to visit Phantasialand and Köln.

The appartment is in a big building with a lot of other appartments, we don’t like that.

Nice family-run hotel with a friendly ambience. The room was neat and clean, small but furnished with taste. Quite a wide selection of food at breakfast.

It was rather noisy the first night, the walls are thin and if you end up having inconsiderate neighbours in the room next door, it is not very pleasant. The drain in the shower was clogged with hair upon our arrival, we had to clean it ourselves.

Breakfast was delicious. The staff at the breakfast was simply amazing. They offered our kids additional treat. They felt like home. Oma/Grandma Evi is an adorable human being! We stayed only one night but we keep talking about Oma and the Easter eggs she was saving everywhere to treat the kids on such an important day which we happened to spend on the road...At home we felt, indeed. Thank you Oma Evi, we will get back to your place :)
