Good food (meals). The meeting catering was excellent!

The carpet in our meeting room was damaged, as the part at the base of the wall had detached. Also, the staff were very helpful. But there were too few of them on the ground floor. so it would be good if there were an additional person either on the reception, or in the restaurant. Otherwise it was a good hotel, and a good stay.

Very nice hotel. I booked it since it was near the Saturn Arena where I came for a concert. Very convenient. Large room, will all necessary. Breakfast is great, with different tasty choices.

The towels were not present in the room, so I have to pick them up from the reception). You have to pay for everything you use in the hotel, but this did not bother me. For example: pay for WiFi (5 eur), for breakfast (8.5 eur), for parking (12 eur in the garage).

I was given a great large room and could take my bike to the room. The receptionist was friendly despite me being very wet and muddy.

It's a bit of a walk to the centre.

- Location was great! Easy 15 min walk to the Old Town area. - Staff at reception area was outstanding. - Breakfast was wonderful, had like 4 different kinds of granola and muesli, scrambled eggs, bacon…great breakfast buffet

- Bed pillows! What’s with the German hotels and bed pillows? The pillows offer absolutely no support for sleeping at all; worthless. - WiFi in room was very weak. Day of arrival, no internet in hotel at all, was told new service is being installed and would be good by early afternoon next day. Spent a lot of time late afternoon with girl at reception as the had me trying different premium codes, until finally after the 4the different code, WiFi worked. One of the staff at reception blamed it on my phone, which did not set well with me given the phone has had zero problems accessing every hotel network in France, Switzerland and France until this hotel.

No welcome drink or free water, no minifridge in the room.

The room was clean and organised in a good way. A separate table and chair was provided for working, I also got a single sofa to rest near the window. staffs were friendly . Break fast was for 8.50 euro and worth the money. They speak multiple language.

Iron was quite old and leaked. Treadmill needs to be adjusted.

Staff were friendly. Room was very clean and pleasant. The shower was sensational. Breakfast was good.
