The room might have been a bit cleaner, and some more vegan options for breakfast would have been welcome (such as vegan spreads and/or cold cuts, sausages or cheese and yoghurt), although there was already a good fundamental choice with fruits & veggies, hummus, and plant-based milk). The sauna didn't heat up sufficiently (only 45°); maybe it needs a technical check. But these tiny details didn't spoil the excellent general impression.

The service was great, very friendly staff and the facilities are very modern. You can tell that it's a new hotel. The rooms were very spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was well lit, clean and big. Overall I really enjoyed the stay here. It was very quiet as well in the off season. The breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. The location near the train station is very convenient and it's only a few minutes walk to the city centre.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed due to winter season, but I heard that is also supposed to be very good.

The hotel is located right within a quick access to the center by walking over a bridge. Open parking is also 5 minutes walk via the river and park. Enjoy a nice view to the city and river offering a good breakfast variety in the morning. There is a nice little beer garden in the front of the hotel.

Cleaning could use some improvement, specially on those corners where you think people wont notice. This did not diminished enjoying our stay at this place

It's a stylish, modern hotel, with everything clean and in mint condition. The location, across from to the train station 'Eichstätt Stadt', is very convenient, and there is no noise from the trains as they're small commuter trains and they don't pass the hotel directly. The historic city centre is only a 5 to 10 minute walk away. It was quiet and peaceful too, with a good breakfast and pleasant, comfortable bar with a good selection of drinks.

Very clean hotel, nicely decorated and the feeling of luxury for a very affordable price. But the best of all was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and approachable. We very much enjoyed our stay, and so did our golden retriever. The location is also very nice with a park to walk the dog on the doorstep. Recommend!

The hotel is newly built, very well designed and right by the train station. It sits on the river. It has a terrace where you can eat breakfast and have a drink in the afternoon. The room had a desk and a chair and was pleasant to work in. The windows are huge and come with a roll down screen that delivers complete privacy, but still admits light.

The staff was friendly and helpful, but new, I think. Service was a little disorganized.

Great location, right on the Altmuhl Radweg (we came on bikes). Very good bike storage in a secure room. Rooms are very modern...nice bathroom, although, the shower did splash out a bit into the room and the sink was a bit splashy as well but very nicely equipped. Comfortable bar to hang out in (free potato chips with drinks - always nice). Excellent dinner with two wonderful young servers, Bastian and Isabella. Breakfast was very extensive...plenty to choose from. We told them we were biking and Bastian told his boss who made us sandwiches and an apple for the road. Very kind!

Super friendly and helpful, one of the very few places where eating with allergies was super easy and the small issue caused by an unwell child was resolved so nicely (and fast), I was most impressed

Perfect location for sightseeing in town or getting on a biking route. Safe and large bike storage. Good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Water heater in the room for making coffee or tea.

Luckily I have learned to bring my own teabags because, like most hotels, in the room, IBB provided herbal teas only.
