The staff were very friendly and super helpful. Breakfast was lovely - a big selection of very fresh options for the continental breakfast. The room was fab, with comfy beds and very efficient air conditioning (which was necessary as there was a heat warning while we were there). The restaurant nearby had lots of choice and everything was delicious. Staff were very good at helping with my dietary requirements - despite the fact my German is pretty nonexistent. We would definitely stay here again.

There was bottled water in the room, but no tea and coffee facilities in there, which is something to be aware of. However, there was a lovely lounge area in reception, with fridge and drink options that you could take things from and charge to your room. There was also a bar in reception that I'm sure could have made me a cup of tea if I'd asked.

Hotel is very clean. Breakfast at hotel was very elegant and clean. The staff at the front desk and at the restaurant was wonderful! Very helpful and friendly. The rooms were well soundproofed, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The sauna works very long - a big plus. Breakfasts are delicious, everyone will find something for themselves. I would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and also very willing to return there during my next stay in Neuburg.

Everything was great. But if my stay had lasted longer I would have lacked a refrigerator in the room and a coffee or tea set so that I could make it myself, which is standard in other hotels. Other then that that - no minuses really.

The hotel was really nice, fresh and cozy. The bed, pillows, and bedsheets were really comfortable. We asked for a quieter room and were offered a very nice one on a third floor where we were woken up with soft morning sunlight. The breakfast was really nice with some fun options. The personal was extremely friendly. We will definitely come back!

The only thing that we missed was coffee/tea in the room. A cup of fresh mint tea in the evening and fresh coffee in bed would make our stay even more perfect.

The breakfast was exceptional, many options, very nice presentation and mostly local producers. The room was very nicely designed and made great use of the space. Our dog felt welcome, there is plenty of options to go for a walk in the environment.

The location is between 2 streets, not super busy but still not ideal. Otherwise no complaints. The restaurant is not open Sunday and Saturday but there are nice options in town (Neuwirt and Blaue Traube).

Beautiful and modern with all amenities. Parking is for free and the breakfast is so delicious with plenty of options. The staff is at the breakfast buffet is very kind and helpful. Enjoyed my stay.

Just note that you are coming from the back to the hotel not the main road, but that’s not a negative.

Liked everything but just be aware- no restaurant on weekends and walk to bahnhof is 20 mins and to old town around 40 so you probably need a car to get there initially at least

Breakfast is outstanding; the bed was super comfortable and room service was great.

The room was very spacious but a wall mirror was missing.

Fantastic Hotel. My only complaint is that the extractor fan in the shower made a consistent noise through the night that was not a peaceful one!

Requirement for taxis. A) very expensive. B) some took card, others did not. Caused an issue when I had no cash on me.

All modern and very nice. employees are extremely nice in all situations (reception, phone, breakfast), they are super and you feel they are happy to cater for the guests!

All good. nothing really to point out. is not in city center and you may need a car.
