I had a nice room at the back of the building that looked over the narrow streets. The hotel was quiet. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was nice and was served until 10am which was nice. The bathroom was clean.

The ramp was too steep for people with mobility aids. No assistance offered with cases etc down this ramp. A kettle and tea and coffee facilities in the room would be a nice addition. I don't remember it being mentioned that reception is not manned after 8 or 9 - it seemed to vary on different days.

Lovely old property in the market square, good access to restaurants and bars.

The Hotel card reader would not accept my Mastercard, nothing wrong with my card I’ve been using it all trip. Receptionist admitted she’d had problems taking money from credit cards before. Receptionist couldn’t work out how to take the payment from Booking.com so I had to use a debit card which cost me extra fees, very annoying. Also 10 euros to park one motorcycle is very cheeky.

Adequate breakfast on tables with white linen..very nice. Rooms very well appointed ,designed with guest care in mind. Genuine warm welcome from Mine Host. Ideal location for your traditional romantic wedding...beautiful -old -world -frozen- in -the -Middle Ages ..like Hamelin or Rinteln or Celle. Excellent value for money.

Very nice hotel in the centre of town. Good breakfast and comfortable room. Going back next year and have chosen a room overlooking the front as the only minor downside was my room had no view, it looked into a light well. Not very inspiring!

I got assigned the wrong room but the receptioniste bent over backwards to give me an upgraded alternative room.

Dont park in the market square ! The police go round issuing tickets every morning at 07:00.

Clean, adequate, good location and lovely view of town from the room which was perfectly equipped.

The hotel exceeded my expectations! It's a historical building but the rooms are recently renovated, the room was clean and neat. The hotel is central, very friendly staff. Good breakfast.

The heating system is very weak in general in Germany and I needed 2 blankets to stay warm at night

The bathroom could be renovated. It reminded me of a bathroom on a boat.
