We had a quiet room towards the river and overlooking the carpark. It was one of the few rooms without a balcony, but the window could be opened to cool the room down. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was great during the night. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated the double amount of storage shelves for luggage, enough for all our luggage. Good modern TV with HDMI outlets. Good secure bike storage and charging facilities in a separate locked room in the car park. We walked to all the sights easily from the peaceful location at the edge of the old town, and right on the cycle path.

The staff were really friendly and helpful. They organised some bikes for us to rent so we could get out and see the local area. The food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent, nice beer and wine selection. The breakfast was varied and plentiful. The beds were super comfy! Overall a great place to stay, very homely and clean and tidy.

Lovely quiet location with a nicely equipped room. Very scenic restaurant next to the river and the breakfast was very good.

The bed was fine but a smaller pillow would have suited us better, or a smaller and bigger one ! Whilst the river was very scenic, the noise in the room from the rushing water sounded like an old fashioned aircon unit. We had to keep the window open due to the very warm conditions.

Comfortable hotel in an excellent location on the river Weser a short walk from the town centre. An excellent breakfast was included in our room rate, we also used the restaurant which served good food at a reasonable price.

Beds, extra pillows need to be available , but I guess if I asked I could have got one, but when I hit my bed I was too tired to!

Not a reflection of the hotel in any way, but unfortunately, the town on Nienburg is in a slow but noticeable decline.

Staff were very helpful and always polite and welcoming. The location was perfect for all Nienburg has to offer. The hotel was very clean. A true gem.

Just a warning : the water in the shower can be scalding hot (almost burned my shoulders and back) if you unintentionally move the tap, which in the tiny environment of the shower is not hard to do!

Friendly staff, cozy rooms, beautiful river views and hearty breakfast. The hotel is not far from Bahnhof and Altstadt, you can walk there

The hotel was very well situated and had a gym and a sauna which one can use free of charge. The staff were really nice and helpful. There are also parking places which can be used if the parking is not full.
