People working there were very friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast next to the small stream next to the hotel. Quiet and calm.

I was genuinely surprised that there was no Air Conditioning. Having in mind todays temperatures, I didn't think there is a hotel without it. The outside temperature was disaster, and it was not much better inside. Luckily, since the hotel is in nature, it became bearable, approximately 2 hours after the sunset.

Big room. Nice clean and big bathroom. Nice balcony. In a nice area outside of the Frankfort.

No fridge/ mini bar. No electrical kettle. There were water bottles in the room but there was no bottle opener.

Nice newly build hotel right by the river. There is lots of seating outside where you can sit and enjoy the peace of the river slowly gurgling past you. The area on the other side of the hotel is very industrial, making it difficult to walk to the center of town.

The room is clean and tidy. The location is easy to reach by car.

The wifi is very weak and the sound proof of the wall is also quite bad.

Easy check in....the door keys are waiting for you at reception in a envelop, so you can arrive at any time...Easy to find, easy to park....The owners communicate clearly and efficiently about a situation to be aware of...for example when I was there, no breakfast was available. But it was clearly communicated ahead of time.

It was a little disappointing that there was no breakfast available at that time but at the same time tokens were left for me for hot and cold drinks....so all is good!

This place as such looks good.

It’s a good idea to ask for a room at the rear end of the building overlooking the garden/river. As there is no air con keeping a window upon when you have a room overlooking the car park can feel like you are sleeping in the car park. We stayed on a Saturday night, a wedding was taking place next door and people were slamming taxi doors until way past 4 am. Also, the walls don’t seem rather well built. The person next door obviously needed to Fall as asleep while watching tv. We could hear and understand the whole plot. Also, no receptionist from 8pm so no chance in asking to change to another room - on a Saturday.

Very clean, modern. It's no problem to arrive any time. The key was just left on the entrance in an envelope. Very good bike garage. Good breakfast, fresh fruit. Helpful staff.

Not very child friendly. I arrived with 2 children aged 16 and 11. We only had one double bed. In any other hotel I have stayed in one gets one extra bed for a child. I thought it was kind of standard, that one gets 3 places to sleep when one books for 3.
