This is our 4th visit to Mondi in Oberstaufen. You can see that the owners are investing in the hotel, it's rooms and facilities and the restaurant. Staff are very friendly and aim to ensure you have a pleasant experience. We stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms, which are very stylish and comfortable. We love the pool with its view over the mountains and it's great to see that this has been renovated and updated. The restaurant was great and we love the welcome package and fresh bread rolls. The location is perfect for skiing at Huendle or Steibis and it is really easy to pop into the village if you want to explore.

- The cutlery in our apartment was wet when we arrived, which might be due to the guests before - The WiFi was sometimes overloaded in the evenings, providing only a very limited bandwidth

Oberstaufen Plus Card included - allowing free access to many local "must do's", free WiFi, free parking lots, friendly personnel, nice swimming pool and Spa area, Oberstaufen is close by and easy to reach.

The room interior is slightly outdated, WiFi a bit slow (approx. 6 Mbit/s), the main parking lot is located a bit far away from the actual "room", the bread service as such is great but only delivers between 7.30 and 8.00, which is a bit late with children.

Sofa bed does not worth a penny,very uncomfortable. We stayed for 2 nights and we could not pay with card , which is kind of funny because it is not cheap,nor possible to withdraw cash in the area .

Something for the whole family, close to places of interest, also comfortable to spend the time on the property.

I had requested a vegan diet option and it was confirmed that vegan food choices are available, however this was not correct as the dinner’s were fixed menu without any vegan choice. I should have been informed about it when I asked the question before traveling to the place, I would have made arrangements for myself.

The place was perfect for a nice and relaxing weekend before our big trip to Austria. The oberstaufen plus card is a great plus. When we woke up the place was covered with snow which made it extra special. The room is pretty good and the beds are comfortable. The aquaria (to do with the oberstaufen plus card) is a great swimming pool.

The only catch with the oberstaufen plus card is that you can use one of the features per day.

Beautiful apartments and great Spa. Fantastic offer for children.

Staff didn’t give much information, no dinner and breakfast possible due to too many people. Hotels should cater for their guests if advertise with restaurant in my opinion. Weird that each offer is in a different house, so you walk a lot of times from a to b.

The spa, the location

Most of the rooms are very old (but clean). If you are with a baby, carrying the stroller up and down the stairs is exhausting. There is no free room service.

Great apartment. It was very spacious and modern with a fantastic view. There were a lot of activities that could be done within the hotel (e.g. swimming, playgrounds, we booked the bowling alley on a rainy day etc). Additional to this the Allgeau Plus card /Oberstaufen Plus card was great and we pretty much did most of the activities on offer (e.g. using different cable cars, the toboggan run, crazy golf etc) thus we had plenty to do and the kids loved it.
