The Hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, breakfast was ok and not expensive but, we preferred to go into town to a cafe. The air conditioning worked well but was a bit noisy at night ( water gurgling noises). The hotels location was great for the train station and not too far to walk to the town center, considering the hotel was next to the train lines we were not disturbed by noise at night.

Some of the decorations were a bit tired and the basin sink plug would not close, we reported this to reception but nothing was done.

Family room was spacious and clean. Staff were excellent and helpful, we arrived at 12 fully expecting to have to wait until 3pm for check in but our room was ready and allowed us to check in. Even though you are right next to trin station this had no adverse effects on noise.

The only down point was no tea or coffee making facilities in the room You have to book the comfort room to have access to a kettle.

Great location by the main station and near the town centre, clean rooms, air con and friendly staff. We were allowed to check in early no questions asked. Very little to complain about.

Friendly staff. Room was fine. Breakfast was fine (a bit crowded though given other guests). I was satisfied.

The breakfast area was crowded. Plates left on the table (suggestion: guests bring their plates, etc. to a shelf or trolley). The pillows were too soft (German pillows!). Otherwise, I slept alright.

Clean / free parking. Easy access to train and bus station. 10min walk into top of town

No kettle for a hot drink. Use of a keypad instead of card - when you have had a drink can be hard to remember number. Poor quilts not covering bed properly. Lack of decent pillow's only 1 per bed

Since we had been on a longer journey it was a perfect location for an overnight stay. Friendliness, cleanliness and overall comfort was a high value received for the money paid. to me, B&B hotels are a good choice if on a journey.

There was nothing I didn't like. All good.

This Hotel is Very Good and I've stayed there Many Times. It's Convenient the Staff are Friendly and Always Helpful. You know what you are going to get.

I had to join the Club to get a Free Breakfast which I thought I'd earned staying there twice in a Month.

Good location, I forgot the key on way back in and called the lady at 4am who was so so helpful.

Parking was so limited we had to park elsewhere. After my stay, I called the hotel to see if I had left a personal item and the lady was very abrupt and quite rude.

The room, although small, was very cozy and had everything we could need for our short stay. The breakfast was very generous with lots of options for all tastes. The room and bathroom were very clean.

The bed was comfortable, especially since I was alone; I enjoyed having the entire bed to myself. The location was ideal: a 3-minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof.
