Good location (near the Hauptplatz and the Ilm), the room and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was nice, it was calm, the staff were nice, the garage is very convenient (spots are small but ok).

The door for the night entrance should be fixed (if you don’t hold it, it bangs very loudly). Dogs are allowed in the room, which is good, but there was no dog bowl in the room (not a problem as I had one but it’s always nice when they put one). Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room; it’s not specified on the website and we were not informed on our arrival, only the morning after when we were on our way to have breakfast. I was given different reasons by different employees, the last one, was sanitary (because of the buffet), which I understand. I just wish I had known sooner.

The room was clean and just the right size for the two of us. We really liked the location. It is close to the market square and there are plenty of restaurants within a walking distance. I was a bit worried about the traffic noise from the road, but at least it wasn't a problem in our room. The breakfast was fantastic! The guy at the reception was really friendly and helpful. As soon as we arrived, he told us about the local festival that started on the same day. Great tip! Overall we had a great stay here!

When we arrived there was no one at reception. There was a sign with a telephone number on the table. We had to call it to get someone to check us in. It wasn't a problem for us, but for someone outside the EU it could be an expensive call. If staff can't be available all the time, it would be nice to have an alternative way of alerting them.

There really isn't a single thing to complain about here. The room was very nice, spacious and clean, large shower in the bathroom. You can adjust the blinds from your bed. It takes about 5-10 minutes on foot to the city center. The gentleman at the reception was exceptionally friendly.

Everything is really nice. the staff, the spacious room, the location and the easiness of communication and check in. Recommended

There was no king size bed, and the two separate beds are really not comfortable

Just a suggestion but, upon arrival, a smile and warm greeting from the lady at front would be welcomed.

This is the 2nd time Iwe have stayed her as my son lives locally. We are particularly impressed with the bathrooms. We had two rooms booked, one was a little bigger than the other but both were a good size. Staff are very friendly.

The hotel is fantastic. The people are wonderful Pfaffenhoffen is a great place to discover. The pubs have delicious food. The beer is cold. The wine very tasty

The bath room is easy to smelly. The bath room facility not very good. The water will be leaking out of the door. Air conditioner in some room is noisy.

The hotel is near train station and city centre, the room was nice and very spacious, bathroom was clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful. I strongly recommend this hotel.

The location is ideal, very central. The room (and the hotel itself) is very beautiful, and quiet. The staff is very helpful.

The breakfast was too expensive for what it was.
