Around 21:00 (close to reception closure time) I went to reception and found no staff present while my registration papers - including passport details - had been left unattended on the desk. It was about 5 minutes before someone returned, which made me seriously question how guest data is handled. The room cleanliness was below expectations. There were dirty spots on the bathroom door, and the toilet paper roll was nearly empty, suggesting the room hadn’t been properly checked before my arrival.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was very pleased with my experience. The location is extremely convenient, situated just off the highway, yet impressively quiet and safe despite being so close to a busy road. The room was basic but spotless, which is always a top priority for me. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of having additional pillows available in the closet, as well as the electric roller blinds, which allowed for complete darkness—a huge plus for a good night's sleep. They also have a convenient self-check-in machine, perfect for guests arriving after standard check-in hours. Free parking is another great perk, and the 11 AM checkout time provides ample opportunity to rest without feeling rushed in the morning. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for travelers seeking safety, comfort, and convenience without unnecessary frills.

The only downside is that I would have loved to have a small fridge in the room. However, for a one-night stay, it’s not a big issue and didn’t detract from the overall experience.

The breakfast was exactly as it should be, with a nice variety of choices — from sweet and carb-based options to more protein-rich selections. The room was spacious and comfortable. Self check-in was quick and straightforward, making arrival hassle-free. Parking was conveniently located right next to the hotel. In the nearby area, you can easily find a gas station, several places to eat, and grocery shops, which made the stay even more convenient.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the motorway, making it ideal for travelers. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and both the WiFi and air conditioning worked well throughout our stay. Breakfast was sufficient and met our expectations. The hotel parking was full upon arrival, so we had to park on the street. Fortunately, street parking was free and easily available.

the property was very clean and modern. it was easy to find with ample parking. the hotel was self service for the most part. you check in on a kiosk and it gives you your room key. we barely saw any staff there our whole stay. the hotel is a bit out of the way from Munich and Ingolstadt but nothing we saw was more than an hour away, so we found that this hotel was relatively convenient. even though the hotel is next to the highway, you can’t hear the cars. we never heard any sound from the neighboring rooms either.

The only downside to this hotel was the bathrooms. while the bathroom itself was clean, it is not designed well. if you are staying with family, you better be very comfortable with each other because you will hear everything from the bathroom. the door is just a sliding glass panel with gaps big enough to make eye contact with others sitting in the room. the glass itself is frosted and you can see each others outlines through it. not great for privacy.

Spacious and very clean room, modern decor, good shower, clean, good AC controls. Helpful staff. Decent breakfast options and tea varieties.

Bed slightly firmer than personal preference but could still sleep ok, pillows could be better but ok.

It was my second stay in this hotel in one trip. It is very convinientlg located near the tesla supercharger. It is clean and spacious and heve everything you need.Self check in is awesome!

The breakfast is cheap, but not impressive. This time the personel was a bit German-grumpy:) Last time they were way nicer.

Soundproof is not the best. We could hear someone walking on the above floor till midnight and early in the morning around 6:00 AM a lot of knocking.

Green Deer Hotel is perfect for road trips, right next to the highway. It has its own parking lot, perfect for charging electric cars. The rooms are clean and tidy, the price is reasonable, and the breakfast is average.
