Everything I needed , and then some, in an excellent location.

It was a bit stressful with no staff on sight and it being the first time in the area hanging out until the computer controlled 4pm check in. Hopefully there is a next time and I’ll know where to put my gear (lockers in the basement) and where to park the car (theatre parking garage). Everything worked when and how described in texts for staff. So, in the end, no need to stress.

Very clean, comfortable, and cozy!! I made it harder to check in than it needed to be. Just follow the directions as given and it is easy!! Steps away from the Christmas market and city center, good restaurants. Easy to get to the shopping outlet stores for good retail therapy! Parking is close but not a hotel, which isn't a big problem.

No coffee machine in the kitchen... but a great little Italian Cafe ( Centrale Cafe) just across the street and they are open early!! They were very kind!!

We had a very warm welcome by checking in. Thanks again Christian. Very nice studio and everything was there. No remarks. I can advice this place very much.

Parking is complicated. Wash machine and dry machine has to be paid separate but once you know how to order with the app, it's goes very easy.

Having an access code and no real interaction worried me, but the directions were great and the room was perfect for what we were looking for.

Only stayed one night, not enough time to find any issues.

Brand new apartment right in the city center, very cozy and clean. Christian the host very helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

The location and a very clean rooms. I also booked a room for our friends completely online, therefore I am happy that everything worked out well! Hope to get at 21rooms myself sometime as well too (even though I live directly in Ingolstadt)

Extremely cozy and comfortable. There is everything you need. The location is perfect too. All cafés, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are near. The owner is super cool guy. Gonna stay here again for sure.

Clean, comfortable, uncomplicated, excellent service (got in time beverages on request delivered) and excellent location in the center of Ingolstadt.

No light at the pin pad for opening the door in the night. Is, however, just a tiny issue.

After initial problems finding the codes, loved having no key. great apartment with all amenities.

I missed having someone on reception but understand why not !
