The room was very clean, large and bright, and even had a bonus kitchenette which we did not expect. The hotel was in a great location, near Bayern Park which we planned to visit. The breakfast in the cafe downstairs was very good, and the hotel was very quiet overall. We did not see many staff due to the self check in process, but the staff seemed nice.

The staff, they went far beyond their job description to accommodate me and very flexible. Michelle was more than helpful, top hospitality.

The shower room wasn't on my taste...as it was quite slippery and my little one managed to fall.

24hour easy check in was great for a driving holiday stop! The rooms were massive and very comfortable!

I only had one small pillow, which made it hard to sleep well. The bed was great though. If you had included at least one decent pillow, it would have been perfect. Would stay again otherwise.
