The balcony led to a swimming pool. Breakfast buffet was OK. Calm and quiet place for a romantic get-away.

We had to sleep without air-conditioning the first night. We called the receptionist only to find that they are never available via the telephone. Then I went there several times just to tell them that the air-conditioning is not working. They were not cooperative. Next morning, after asking for a room change, the "expert" receptionist was there and she said that it was never turned ON the first place. The swimming pool was unfortunately inaccessible because it was filled with fungus.

The breakfast was very good. The restaurant was also very good - excellent spargel!

The bedroom was a little small for the furniture. Access to the far side of the bed was a bit tight!

Very friendly staff and clean room. Calm place with nice restaurant. For me, the distance was no problem. It takes about 30min to walk to the city centre. People wihout a car or bike should know that. However, there are busses.

This was a lovely hotel. Dinner in the Meyer restaurant was exceptional as was breakfast. Our room opened up to a deck with the pool just steps away. Very lovely.

Wonderful hotel in a good position. Rooms cleaned and perfect service. Also breakfast was so complete and international.

Rooms are not perfectly soundproof

Clean and comfortable. It was close to the walking trail so we were able to take a nice walk before dinner.

The room could have used a fan as it was a bit warm.

The room was excellent. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. As a family owned hotel, it retained an intimate atmosphere and it was clear that the owners cared deeply about enhancing the stay for their guests. The food in the restaurant was excellent, and it was great to see that the dishes were regional and locally sourced. The breakfast was a delight and consisted of a continental style buffet. It was so good to see that they were not catering for the increasing need to have a "full English" on tap.

The service at the restaurant could have been a little better. My wife and I were sat at the bar and could see that all of the staff were working incredibly hard, but they could have done with a few extra pair of hands. We weren't affected, but there was a group of three Italian men at the bar who grumbled about being neglected somewhat.

Breakfast room small… room was supposed to be a balcony. Wasn’t. Missing linens for 2nd person. Dirty duvet with blood.

Loved the room and specially the breakfast

The koffie was ok. But nothing beats the coffee machine at home
