We are very happy after our stay. Spacious room, good size bathroom, all perfectly clean. The mattress was very comfortable, the bed had a good size, we had complimentary water and coffee machine in the room. The staff was very friendly, also at breakfast. Breakfast was very good, hot dishes were prepared on request for us.The location is great, right in the town centre.

The room was a bit too warm, but after opening the window the temperature was better. Luckily it was a fresh day, we slept very well.

Very well laid out and comfortable room. Coffee making facility was great. Lovely big bathroom with powerful shower and good selection of toiletries. Access to a balcony which was nice and unexpected. Extra points go to there being a sewing kit as we needed a repair done on a bag and also the Haribo sweets 😁

No complaints really, it was more expensive than I would normally pay but the facilities made up for that.

Decent hotel in the city centre. Quite a large room with large windows, looking out on a lively town square. Oldenburg is a pretty place with lots of bars and restaurants.

Like in many hotels, the central heating was overpowering, our room and the halls were way too hot. Why is that so common? Also, my pillow smelled like somebody spilled a can of beer on it. But really, no further complaints.

The rooms are very spacious, with high ceilings and parquet floor, very nice. Also, there is a walk-in wardrobe, which adds space to stow away stuff. The hotel has a basement gym that is spot clean and very well equipped for evening workouts and an associated sauna area. The spa is very relaxing after a day's work and not busy at all (I was only guest two evenings in a row). The breakfast seems to be catered by the next doo Schmitz brasserie and I was amazed that they provided a separate vegan breakfast buffet apart from the classical one. Location is directly at Waffenplatz with pubs, bars and restaurants just around the corner. Even a dscounter is right next to the hotel. Lovely stay!

The only thing that was a bit sad is that the rooms did not have any view. The bedroom was facing toward an inner courtyard with a massive white wall so that it always seemed like staring into fog when looking out of the window. Otherwise, all good.

Warm welcome, attentive staff and flexible when something is needed. Very nice, quiet and comfortable room and great bathroom. In the breakfast room great staff too.

In the room we missed a main light in the middle of the room at the ceiling. Only bed side lights not sufficient, gets rather dark. Of course it is difficult to park and the multi-story car park is not cheap but we did use the discount, therefore thank you.

Location is just in the city center, excellent variant for solo traveling. It's close to the main attractions, shops, bus stations, about 15 minutes walking from the main station. Staff is very helpful.

Highly recommend this hotel. Second stay in this hotel and each time, excellent service. The breakfast is highly recommended. Its a perfect location in the heart of Oldenburg. Such helpful staff which are always happy to answer any questions one might have. Will definitely return!!

Good spacious room and a most excellent bathroom- both design and functionality were superb. The fact that there is an arrangement with the adjacent multi-storey car park is a treat. We have visited often, and we'll definitely be back!

Unfortunately the lovely coffee maker didn't work, and instead of drinking coffee I had to spend 20 minutes cleaning coffee grounds.

Clean, good breakfast, city center, room was spacious and the reception was informative and helpful e.g received support in getting my bike safely stored and next day guidance to a reliable bike repair shop.

My guests from UK who came with the car occupied the big double bedroom. The room is nice. The location is perfect, though they don’t have their own parking space. A parking space is available close to the hotel which you have to pay 10€ as the highest amount per day within 24hr. Ambiance was very comfortable though, we thought at first there was not enough table for breakfast but the crew was friendly enough to explain to us that there were other spaces for breakfast on the other side of the room.

Breakfast was good, though not enough bread was served, there could probably have been more amount of food on the options for breakfast, or probably an option to have a buffet. But the serving was just okay for those who doesn’t really want to eat much. The floor in the big double bedroom was old and the windows from the outside could have been cleaned up, unfortunately dirt was visible. Parking for visitors could have been added to the hotel.
