- Pleasant, clean, well-appointed room, - great breakfast, - extremely friendly, helpful staff, - good upscale restaurant in-house. We furthermore chose the hotel because of its location: It is very close to the autobahn, making the neighbouring larger cities very easy and fast to reach. At the same time, it is in a green, rural spot with lots of green space.

The hotel does lie near Düsseldorf airport and as such, planes are audible while they are starting and landing during the day. But the sound insulation of the rooms is good; you won't be bothered indoors. And no planes start or land at night.

There were so many options in breakfast menu. The room was bigger than expected and also the bathroom. Bed was super comfortable. Only thing was the walls in the room looked bit dated , but rest everything was perfect. Loved the hotel and also the sitting areas.

Location is convenient only if someone has a car.

Spacious room and bathroom, good restaurant and excellent breakfast. The even numbered rooms have a nice view.

The hotel has two buildings, the address given by Booking.com leads to the unused building. Lucky enough the correct building lays close by.

The room was big and nice. The bathroom had enough space and bright. The bed was comfortable. The garden behind the hotel is perfect for relaxing and reading books.

The hotel is very close to the street. If you leave the window open it will be loud. During the day the landing airplanes cause loud noise.

Great location. Close to P10 for Essen Messe and next to the forest for a nice run or walk. Also the restaurant was good.

Quiet and in forest, We enjoyed the peaceful location. If You have a car , You should stay the hotel for sure. Very relaxing rooms and enough size rooms .

Very cute, wish I had more time to enjoy the facilities. Hotel staff were exceptionally helpful. Single EV charger across the street was free to use for guests with an access card.

Restaurant was closed by the time we checked in. On airport flight path, but planes didn’t keep us awake.

There is a big parking and is free to use.

There is no minibar or fridge in the room. Also, the restaurant is closed on Sunday.

Very friendly staff good breakfast

The restaurant and bar was closed but the hotel website and booking.com said it was open so after a long journey we had to try and find restaurants if we had known this we would have stayed elsewhere.
