The hotel is really lovely and lively, staff is really accomodating. Rooms are spacious and we had a great time, especially considering we came to Dusseldorf to work. Breakfast was not included in our package, but it was worth the price, considering the amount and choice of food and drinks available. A great stay overall!

Room didn't have a fridge and it was the only thing that was really missing, as we would have loved to put fresh drinks and some leftover food in it.

Do it yourself menu is fun and pragmatic when it comes to choose our own ingredients for dinner. The night shift staff was incredible polite and explanatory, having a great feeling of being welcome to the hotel and the city. Interesting to have a DJ with nice music, not too loud, beautiful decoration, very warm and cozy, also nice the game area and loved the couches and different seating options everywhere. The rooms are espacious, good lights, nice bed sheets, and bathroom very modern and complete, the cleaning service also very good. Amazing options for buffet breakfast bar, great quality of breads and pastry: fresh and tasty, also a lot of variety donuts, cereales, a lot to choose and everything delicious. Interesting option is the 24/7 of pizza and drinks!

This might be a one-time situation but don't want to skip it. The breakfast buffet offers scrumble eggs using an big device, which I have never seen before and it is a great idea from the hotel to have a semi-automatic machine for eggs which can make your morning easier and tastier (I think is the "SCRAEGG pro" machine). Unfortunately, the staff had a passive-aggresive attitude when I did not understand how to use it: I watched the instructions screen and pictures which were nice but at a bit fast speed, so I did it wrong. Even though it was my mistake, it was my first time at this hotel and the staff talked to me in a sarcastic tone and laugh at my face. This is not appreciated at all.

Beautiful "small" hotel with everything you needed. Really everything. Perfect rooms, perfect breakfast. Parking available ( extra cost). Very friendly staff and you get a free welcome's drink :)

The only minor thing was that there could be a little fridge available in the room , it was really hot and we could not keep a bottle of water fresh somewhere. The room itself was not hot there is a perfect functional airco so no problems for sleeping

We stayed there for only 1 night, but I wished there had been more. The beds were comfy, the bathroom clean and well equipped, and the breakfast next morning was wonderful. It helped us get ready for the day. The staff was also extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

The breakfast was ok. Could be better. The quality of yoghurt could be better. Egg variations could be provided. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I’d like to add that Faiza was so pleasant and helped me with directions and the DB ticket refund.

The rooms could be a bit more spacious, with chairs to sit.

Great Breakfast. Parking spots available directly on the property. Staff was friendly. Bathroom was clean and the room itself looked great. Checkout was also pretty easy since they offer an express checkout

We arrived in the middle of the night around 1AM. But we weren't able to enter the building because you need your key card to enter. We tried calling, but it seemed like their phone was on mute.. We only were able to enter because other guests let us in with their key card.

Everything was very easy

I had a 6 month old baby that I booked the room with and it was unfortunate that I did not get a crib. But the room was set up with the sofa bed already open and furnished with bed sheets ready for her I suppose. She was able to play and do her naps there, so even though I couldn’t leave her alone, she had a designated space in the room and I appreciate that.

Everything was great! It was very clean, beautifull rooms and modern. Also the lobby was very cosy and there were good cocktails!

The only thing we were shocked about was when we were on the way we called the hotel to ask untill what hour we can check in. We don’t speak german so we greeted ourselves in English and asked if the person on the other line spoke English and they just hung up :( The second time we called everything was fine so maybe it wasn’t on purpose

There was a very nice ambience. Staff was super nice and helpful. I would definitely stay at a Moxy hotel again and I would recommend it to others!

The room was very warm and we weren't able to get the heating/ac lower than 19'C. Our room was next to quite a busy road with a street lantern so opening the window and curtains for ventilation also wasn't an option.

I absolutely adore this hotel - you can get pizza regardless of the time, the rooms are clean and good-looking, the hub is amazing with free games for you to play and to hang out. Absolutely amazing, i can only recommend!
