Lovely hotel. I had a huge room with seperate living area. Hotel is clean, has its own car park at the back. Self check in was easy with the key box. Beds comfortable, huge bathroom and above all it was lovely and quiet. Also easy access to motorways. Aldi just down the road for essentials. Breakfast was very good too.

This is an older facility and it shows. Constant maintenance work . They have since our last stay put in a "tea kitchen " which is very nice . You have a locked refrigerator space,koffee, tea, at all time, a convenience fridge as well as a small table to sit and eat. Very nice. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. We choose this place because the location was perfect for us, in the hope that some improvement were made. They also give for the duration of you stay a travel voucher. Very cool

Not so much-loved was the fact that the rooms are all none smoking, however,folks sit on their balcony and smoke goes right into the whole building. Again,an older facility that has limited possibilities. All fixtures are very old, it reminds me of the good old 60ties. It smells like it too. Lots of stairs. Furniture could use some upgrades as well. Very simplistic

The property was clean. The check-in experience was smooth. We arrived late so there was no reception, but they had sent me instructions beforehand on how to use a PIN to collect the key from the keyBoy system. The WiFi worked well and we were also able to prepare a quick meal thanks to the kitchenette.

The beds were not comfortable. They joined two single mattresses to call it a double mattress but that's difficult to sleep on. The furnitures and TV were quite old.

The room was spacious enough with a desk, a comfortable bed, a large bathroom and a wardrobe in the entry, everything was clean. There is a free parking lot, the neighborhood seemed quiet (I stayed one Saturday night) and the nearest station less than 10 minutes walking. The staff was friendly. I also got a ticket to use the transportation for free, that was a good welcomed surprise!

Maybe just a kettle is missing if you want to make yourself some tea at night or coffee/tea in the morning if you don't want to have breakfast or to have a quick instant soup in the evening if you come back late.

Easy self service check in and the rooms and entire hotel are in great condition. Private parking at the back. It's a quiet area. You have use of a kitchen with a locker in a fridge. Love this hotel.

Have stayed at Hotel Waldesruh on several occasions. Nice family run hotel on the outskirts of Dusseldorf with clean, comfortable rooms. Was due to stay during covid lockdown back in 2020 and they refunded me even though I had made a non-refundable booking. Hotel is 10 Minutes walk from Benrath train station which is served by both S-Bahn and RE trains. Free travel pass provided which covers entire VRR region.

This is a simple, little hotel / pension that is clean, friendly, has an excellent breakfast and is VERY affordable. It's close to the train station but would likely be an inconvenient location if someone wasn't specifically traveling to Benrath. Staff is very welcoming.

The furnishings are simple and feel slightly worn, but they are clean and functional. The bed is firm, I would appreciate a mattress that is a bit more plush.

Price/Quality very excellent. Check in automatic very easy, with no personnel present, collecting the keys was very easy via the code. Very flexible for thearrival time. Bathroom and bedroom were very clean.

Heater was not hot enough at maximum power, that could be improved. The pillows were too soft, please add 1 hard pillow for the head.

Cleanliness is very good and well maintained property, conveniently located in very quite neighborhoods

Good apartment in suburban area. The family room was big & clean. The staff also was very friendly & gave explanation on public transport coupon. Parking was easy & public transport to city centre just 10min by walk.
