Excellent value for money for travelers visiting for Messe. or business travelers. Hotel is just out side the Public transport. Also convenient to commute by public transport directly from Altstadt. choice of restaurant near by and provision shops

Does not have breakfast facility but small pantry where one can manage on their own. No Ironing facility provided by hotel . Limited laundry facility/washing machine. Single occupancy room are small.

Everything went well as should do, it is in Germany after all. It is situated in an interesting multi cultural area, with most things to hand, and quite near a very scenic area, with many sights worth seeing. The location has excellent public transport connections.

The Hotel although very clean was a little dated, but I think this was reflected in the price. I probably will stay there again, as I fairly dated myself. A pre warning of the major renovation work outside the hotel would have been appreciated. But this work had nothing to do with the hotel, but the east European workers supervised by Germans started work fairly early.

The management and the staff were so friendly , they provide as much as facilities they can . the hotel is clean near the bus and U-Bahn station.

The customer service was effective. I arrived quite late but they were able to assist me promptly with access to the hotel.

Ceiling and bed lights were faulty in my room but it’s probably a one-off occurrence.

I was already aware from other people's reviews that the hotel is a bit old. Although it kind of is, I think it is more than enough for short stays. The sir at the reception is also super friendly!

Even though I closed the curtains as much as I could (there are no blinds), sunlight would still come in from 6am (June).

The stuff were kindly amazing and friendly.. I will surely choise it again

It is a nice hotel, I liked the old feeling, everything was very clean and had everything I needed. The staff was kind, I had some issues and they helped me. The train station is quite close the hotel.
