This was my 4th visit to the hotel as it is located very near where I need to be. When I first stayed there I felt a bit unsafe as it was dark and a bit strange. However, it appears there is new leadership and the changes are GREAT! Bright and clean with upgraded room things - I was happy to see these good changes.

I joke - but I think they have the slowest elevator in Germany!

Actually, the hotel is located in the very quiet calm nice area. There are many shops around and you can find anything: from tooth paste to doner. The stuff is very helpful, rooms look renovated with all the facilities needed. Continental breakfast was full of different options. Maybe only fruits were missing (or i did not catch them during the breakfast), all the rest was quite ok. In 1 min walk from hotel there is a train so you can get anywhere easily. Overall, it's quite nice hotel, will stay again!

We stayed here as I had to be in the University hospital. Could not have found a better place so conveniently located where my wife was so well looked after. Everything was good Comfy room with one of the best bathrooms I have experienced. Good breakfast. Front desk very helpful at all hours. Located in a quiet street.

In common with a lot of German hotels, there was no facilities to make a hot drink.

Easy access with the tram, decent shopping areas around to get your day around, not enough restaurant options but still the location is good. Room was good, well maintained and clean. Washroom was the best.

Elevator kept on malfunctioning. Restaurant options not enough. Breakfast they serve, the pork options should be separate to normal ones.

Cozy, great location and has everything one might need. Can only recommend it.

I personally don’t like to sleep in a couple’s bed that’s actually two single beds brought together. One person always ends up falling in the hole. Since hotels are offering a room for two people, they could have a proper bed for two people. Rooms could also have a mini fridge.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the massage chair in the lobby. The location was great for me because I was there to visit my husband in the hospital which was a short walk from the hotel.

The breakfast was too expensive.

I stayed there for just one night, I didn't have breakfast, the bed is comfortable and rooms are clean. The room was quiet and blinds were sufficient to keep the room dark in the morning. It's not a kind of hotel I would usually choose to stay in for longer but it's perfect for a one night stay.

The hotel was exactly what we expected. Location wise it's very good. It's in a quiet residential area with a lot of shops and restaurants around only 15 minutes away from the city center by tram. It offers free parking in the underground garage and also the option to have breakfast which we took.

I cannot think of something.

Exceptionally clean, good public transport connections with the centre and the university, friendly staff. The room was so comfy! I'll definitely come back here in the future.

Really big & comfortable room. Always clean and tidy. The staff was very helpful and the location was in a really cute and quiet neighbourhood.

In the backyard we saw a mouse and a cockroach There was no fridge in the room The city center was 2Km away (but you could walk the route there easily. It is close to railway station, too)
