The location is very good, and all the stufs in kitchen allows cooking. Access to the room and the password entry system were very easy. I felt generally safe.

Usually quite, but some night was very noisy because of guests. There were small insects like bedbugs on the headboard. There were socks and hair residues from previous guests in the wardrobe. Detailed cleaning can be done and it can be controlled with regular pesticide spraying. We had difficulty communicating with the staff who came to the door for check-out. He did not speak English and his general attitude was aggressive. He opened a translate app on his phone and said "talk" rudely. I know many people who do not speak the language but can communicate, this was rude.

The cleanliness was truly outstanding, and the overall experience was fantastic. Interestingly, there were three of everything, perfectly set up for the three of us. On the other hand, I could contact them through WhatsApp, which was great for me as a traveler without a local SIM card.

Initially, the main door was a bit tricky to figure out, and there was no signage. I had to call them and ask for assistance. Second, I wish there were manuals for the stove and coffee maker available. I struggled to use the stove and only managed to figure out the coffee maker on the last day of my stay in the apartment.

Best thing about this accommodation is the free parking! A supermarket around the corner. Walking into the city centre is about 20 minutes. A kitchenette in the room with all the basic utensils you need and a good coffeemaker with complimentary tea, coffee & water. They also put a ventilator in the room as requested. Room size was spacious enough. We had a room facing the courtyard so no noise from the traffic.

Shower area was bad. The shower curtain only covered part of the shower area so water splashed onto the bathroom floor. We tried to minimize wetting the floor by aiming the shower head into the corner but that made showering rather difficult. Can be quite noisy in the morning from people checking out.

This apartment is an excellent spot for a short stay and a true gem when it comes to saving time and money. It offers a number of conveniences that truly enhance the overall experience. My stay here was truly enjoyable

In principle nice new/renovated rooms with kitchenette. All looks fresh and modern. Check in with keybox, this has its pro and cons. Location is very good if you have to be in cbd. Close to little Tokio. Leaking toilet Was repaired directly. So staff was helpful and friendly over the Booking.com communication.

Just one advise, as owner, just spend a few nights in your own hotel and see how practical all is. Fresh new ideas not always practical, opening of cupboard doors, small defects like leaking toilets, shouldn't be. Were corrected directly thou. The rooms to the street are bit noisy, but that is a big city problem too. Bahnhof area with police station, so there will be some noise.

Good value for money in my case. I needed a place to stay overnight not far from Dusseldorf train station. My room was comfy enough. Fridge, microwave, cooker, coffee machine. Like a tiny apartment. It might seem a bit cold for some people, although heating was on. But to this place's credit they provided an additional electric heater.

There was not hot water comming from the tap in the bathroom. No problem with shower though.

The location of the property was good. You could get to the heart of the city within a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute ride on transport. There were several supermarkets nearby, which was very convenient. The option of a fridge, microwave, stove and everything else you need was nice. The coffee machine on the first floor was a nice touch (on the rare occasion it was filled up!).

The outside of the apartment block is very run down, it almost looks eerie! The coffee machine was rarely filled up. The room was passable, it was very noisy due to thin walls and windows, and it wasn’t the cleanest. That’s ok though- in terms of price, it’s a good place to sleep at night to explore Düsseldorf.

It was an excellent location. The kitchenette was cozy and just big enough for 2. It was quiet and relatively cozy. The check in-check out process was excellent and easy to use. I loved the complimentary coffee and tea!

The cleaning was not sufficient. When we arrived, there was dirt and hair all over the floor and it was obvious that only superficial cleaning had been done. The cutlery was gunky too. I started with a washing up. We stayed for quite long and when I asked the staff via the chat to take our trash away, they said they scheduled it but they never came. I booked a freshen-up option and the cleaning guy was rather unfriendly, he did not speak english (or didn’t want to) and again, onlz superficial cleaning had been done (we got new linen, which was very good!). We also disliked the pillows. Please consider leaving a broom in the rooms so guests can do some cleaning if they stay longer!

The hotel was much better than I’ve expected for this price. Good location, 16 minutes from train station by foot, easy to find with google maps, supermarket next door. Before arriving you receive code by e-mail. This code is valid for entrance and apartment door. There’s no reception table and all organizing stuff is online. The room is clean and all the furniture is renovated and stylish (except bathroom). There’s small kitchen section with all needed kitchen stuff that for me was super cool. New mini coffee-machine worked perfectly 👍🏻

1. The elevator was broken and if you have heavy luggage it will be a real challenge to go up the high stairs. 2. I had a room on the 4th floor and there’s no condition. There was a little weather cooling when I was there and opened window was enough, but it would be really hot at hot weather. 3. The window of my room was on a street and it could be pretty noisy for those travelers who need silence ( I’m indifferent to noise so it didn’t disturb me much) 4. The non-renovated parts of the room have signs of damage. 5. I was missing the night-table near the bed.

I really liked the bed, super comfy, nice small kitchenette, good proximity to food stores, nice walk to the city centre.

WiFi was really slow, so if you plan to spend a lot of time in the place for business, not ideal for work environment, however it didn't bother us that much because we were out most of the day, could've provided more towels because we used our other two to dry the floor from how wet it was, consider possibly getting a glass door to stop it from leaking
