This hostel is perfect to be honest and changed my prejudiced opinion about hostels: very clean, comfy beds, drinking water running from the taps, perfect location from where you can walk to Altstadt and other main points of tourist attraction, a nearby supermarket that works till midnight and on top of that -- free breakfasts (cereals and toasted bread with topping, coffee/tea as options). The stuff made an impression of being very capable, competent and ready to help (I had a situation in the night when my towel given to me on the first day was gone, seems like someone took it for reasons unknown to me but I was given another one in the morning of the next day, no questions asked, it was very sweet).

First days were pretty hot and since my room was sort of in a basement it was pretty stuffy despite the fan (windows are pretty low so it does not feel safe to keep them fully open in the night, it feels like anyone from the street can come in).

I Loved the way each persons bed was personalised with a name card. Loved the common spaces to work and work stations. The place was neat and clean, with adequate washrooms and bath areas.

I wish they served a bit more elaborate or at least 1 warm breakfast option. Wish the lockers were a bit more secure in terms of providing a pad lock (they mention us to get our own.) Also wish the vending machine was modernised with an option to pay with TAP (NFC) payment rather than only cash because they have padlocks for purchase, but you need to have cash for that.

1-Sockets and charging. It says on Booking.com that every bed has a socket, but that's not true. There are three sockets total and quite far from the beds. The photo on the promotion page is not real. Beds only have old-style USB ports. Unfortunately, the charging cable of new phones is no longer like that. I waited a long time every night to charge my phone. Because everyone had to use the socket. 2-The employee in the breakfast area seemed a little nervous. I guess he doesn't like people having breakfast. For evening, I wanted to use kettle to make instant soup (quick soup in a glass). He told me that kettle (hot water) can only be used for tea. This was strange. Other employees were polite. Thanks

It has a kitchen and also all the rooms were clean. This place serves breakfast which is good. The rooms had lockers which is an awesome thing. Beds were clean and comfortable. The doors to the rooms had digital locks.

They had only two shared shower rooms (4shower counters) and 2toilets for around 24 beds. Lot of times the people wake up early just to reduce the time to get ready. All the doors were super heavy and made lot of noise while opening and closing. Breakfast wasn’t worth the extra money they charge, 50% off should be better.

Incredibly clean and well-kept hostel! Self check-in process is very simple, and everything is clearly sign-posted or told to you prior to check-in to minimise any confusion. My 6-person dorm room was spacious and didn’t feel crowded even when full, and had good facilities for all (individual reading light/USB per bed) to be comfortable. The windows also opened fully unlike in some accommodations, so the room stayed a pleasant temperature and we could get some fresh air in. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the shared bathrooms and showers were kept throughout my stay, as well as the kitchen/social areas. The location was useful to get to a number of attractions, as well as to train stations if you’re heading a little further out. Supermarkets/cafes and restaurants are nearby while still being in a quiet street.

It was clean, well organised, nice people. Helpful staff. Good price. Fellow room mates were considerate. Good value.

Street noise was quite loud as the room was right on the street. But the fellow room mates were quiet. I didn't realise that I had to carry my heavy suitcase up and down stairs, as there wasn't a lift. Which I wouldn't have been physically able to do without help, but was so thankful that a another tenant on the way in and the owner very kindly carried it for me on the way out, for which I am very grateful for.

The Hostel is spotlessly clean and quiet. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms/Showers are very clean. Breakfast is excellent. A good way to start a long day. The gentleman who worked at the reception the next day was very friendly and helpful. Despite having received information for Self Check-in a bit late, (causing panic), everything got sorted out in less than an hour and the staff apologised for the delay, which I greatly appreciated. Once settled in, I made myself comfortable and met very interesting guests, whom I had great conversations with. I even realised that some of my 'colleagues' were staying there. The hostel is easily accessible by public transport or simply taking a nice walk from the main station. Thanks to the hotel staff for a great service, and also to the guests who respected the premises and rules, as well as keeping the place clean. Regrettably I stayed only one night, but I'll definitely be back. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!

Not having someone, from the reception in the night, in case of emergency.

Lovely place, clean, very close to the subway (Old town is only 3 stops away) . Perfect for a city exploration, with an easy option to travel by public transport. For breakfast there were some cereal, freshly brewed coffee, bread and an assortment of packets of jam, honey, butter, chocolate to put on the bread. This was really handy, as I didn't need to worry about where to have breakfast. The people staying there were also nice and overall it was a very nice environment.

Everything is designed to be very simple and easy. toilets were always clean. Breakfast is enough to feel full. It's nice to have coffee. Being able to leave your luggage after check-out is a great advantage.

People who stay in the same room with you are the lottery. There was someone in the room who smelled very bad. But other than that, people were fine. nobody bothered anyone. I still wish there was another woman in the room. A women's room would be nice. There is a USB port next to the beds, but it does not work for type C. It would be more functional if there was a socket.

Cozy hostel with much common space for meeting people,dinning area so separated with chairs and tables. Also a small corners upstairs to work. WiFi is great. Neighbourhood is safe and supermarket within 5 min walk. Rooms and bed are very clean, shower as well . Thanks for the effort ❤️ People who stay there are serious , not party goers.so this s a hostel where u can sleep well and safe.i can tell the owners put much effort on providing a cozy stay for guests with limited budget.

Toilet is in a separate area, have to pass through 3 doors to get there. Little inconvenient but not big issue.
