The size of the room is really big. It is like a studio house. Shower was perfect, kitchen was fully equipped. Bed is a special visco bed which was exceeding my expectations. Location is walking distance to shopping street and michelin star restaurants. There is no car parking on street. Building is an old one but fully renovated, very fancy. However there is no elevator..

I paid the room in advance but Before check in day, I received an email from the property asking my credit card details for charging a deposit. However it is not a trustable way to share this kind of information via email. I would suggest instead, the property always ensures that the receptionist is available for checkin. I am making an appointment to let property know about my checkin time and do not understand why they can not be available there on time of arrival. It was annoying not to be able to enter the room at the front door and have to call the property contact phone for telling my credit card details. There is no information on booking page that this property is asking for 150 euros deposit for room. It is possible that people living in europe like me do not have any credit card.

The place was very nicely furnished, everything was new and comfortable. It was within walking distance of the center of Dusseldorf and shopping areas.

On the way to Dusseldorf they asked for my credit card details for guarantee. I would prefer this process to be done through Booking, sending credit card information by e-mail did not seem safe at all. Our room was on the 3rd floor and there was no elevator. Those with heavy luggage can take this into consideration.

Very light, comfortable and spacious apartment not far from the train station and plenty of shops within a short distance of the property. ideal location for my stay. Excellent vale for money.

Check in was indicated between 15:00-1800. However when I arrived there was no one on site and I had received no details on how to access the property. I had to ring the number listed within the app to gain access to the building. As I was undertaking this journey by train from the north of England to ensure I arrived at the check in for the times previously stated I had to stay overnight in London at considerable expense. If I had known there would be no persons onsite at check in I could have amended my plans accordingly avoiding having to stay in London. There were some marks on the walls and ceilings as well but this not detract from my stay at the property.

Great accommodation in Düsseldorf! The place was really comfortable and the staff was really nice. 100% recommended!

There is no elevator in the building. It was no problem for us but maybe something to consider for people with small children or movability problems

First time staying at a property without any staff. Strange and not able to ask questions (if necessary), but this is my lack of experience.

No lift, early check out, could have had better kitchen set up (eg plate dryer)

excellent apartment in the middle of the city, price/quality ratio a bit low just due to the high price, but it can hosts up to 6 people so it's perfect

perhaps having actual doors could help to guarantee privacy of the guests in the flat

The suit was beautiful. We had a very pleasant stay. The location was very good, only 15-20 minutes walking from the city centre. Very quiet neighbourhood. The owner of the suit was very helpful and very responsive. I messaged them a few times through the booking app with some questions and they were always responding within 1 hour. The room itself had everything that we needed and it was super clean. There was even a smart TV with an i-pad to connect to internet.

Everything is good! rooms are very clean and perfect for work and near to city as well.

Wifi is very slow, sometimes it not even reachable :(

The sleeping sofa wasn’t a sleeping sofa. You could not transform it into a bed.
