Great hotel! It was clean, the room was very nice. The bathroom was good. The self check in system works great. Everything went well. The location is quite good. There are groceries around. Everything else was perfect.

The location is quite good since the river is quite close (1km) but I would not recommend this place to a solo female traveller since there were some people around the hotel that were throwing glass bottles on the floor. It was just an episode so maybe we had bad luck. For everything else the hotel is perfect and great value.

Key code was nice and easy, the room had everything you need and incredible value for money. Nice quiet street but close to all the action. Well cleaned every day.

Kitchen wasn’t really as described and there wasn’t much opportunity to get help as it was self check in.

Good, low cost option just out of the main centre of Düsseldorf, close to the main train station. Self check-in was simple.

It was a small room but as a single traveller it was fine for me.

Very good contact with the hotel and friendly stuff. I was allowed a late check out. It is super convenient with codes instead of keys. Located close to Hbf and to Rewe. The room was small, but clean and comfortable. Will come back again.

The Hbf neighbourhood can be far from safe, just something to keep in mind for potential alone walks around there. Toilet paper was missing from the room, but hotel's response was satisfying. Otherwise no problems.

Good location close to the train station. Convenient check in procedure. Room and shower were good. Good value for money. Minor negatives: I didnt love the bulky, very hard pillow + the light by the bed didn't work. Slightly noisy but not overly so.

great location, room has everything you need and the owner is super nice. the room was also super quiet. we had a little hickup with cleaning the room (the signs were confusing) and they were super helpful and understanding, will stay there again next time. Price is also really good!

only small thing, the shower door did not close properly, so we had to be extra careful not to flood the bathroom

Interiors were good.. Good wifi.. Friendly Staff.. Clean hotel areas and rooms.. Safe and quiet to live in.. Good if you want to work you can sit in the lobby but there is no wifi..

Locking system did not work.. We locked our room and went out but when we came it was unlocked.. But nothing got missing from our room, maybe be the lock did not work properly so do check locking your room before leaving twice or thrice.. Also it was too hot as the temperature was 30 to 31 degrees and the room had no AC or fan..

Max Hotel has an excellent location. It is only 5-10 minutes away from the train station and just 15 minutes away from all the main city attractions. The rooms are modern, rather cozy and well-equipped.

It seemed that the person in charge of cleaning forgot to make the last touch: a dirty shower towel was lying on the floor, no clean shower towel was provided, and there was no bag in the trash bin. Otherwise, the room was rather clean, maybe this was an accidental mistake. The internet connection was very unstable.

Everything was GREAT. Easy to get in at 12 noon. No staff to check in with…I love self-service.

I can see in the summer it could be warm without air conditioning so that would be the only negative. Luckily I wasn’t there during the summer. I might have to book somewhere else if I knew temps would be high.

Staff was really nice and responsive. Close to the centre and has number of restaurants around.

The roon was cold and I could hear well both neighbours on the side and above my room.
